I like it that they offer the option of paying for the buffet and it's saves you money if you pay at the hotel for the buffet also it was very very clean they explain to me they use water from the ocean to shower but they filter water so you will taste a little bit of salt when you're taking a shower but anyways you're not supposed to drink the water in Mexico so I never taste it but it was very refreshing, was like having extra minerals on my skin. It felt soft😊💓 they have a safe in the room and you have a bracelet that opens your room and they give you a key for your safe it was good because I have with me $20,000 and I didn't want to carry that aroun. They helped me with my luggage into my room. I will recommend you to pay for your meals the restaurant has good food not a lot but enough fruits and vegetables meat etc that you are supposed to eat and more than you can eat. also they offer all the alcoholic drinks that you can drink the coffee is really good.

The pool was not ready so I didn't use it next time when I go back because it looks really nice they were doing some maintenance around the pool so the reason why I didn't want this to usable is that we don't get hurt

uncomfortable hard big pillows, hotel reception / lobby is made of tree palms with holes so when it rains it us full of water everywhere, luggages get wet. some receptionist should try to be a bit more invested in their job, a smile & a good service attitude is very important

The staff were so amazing! They made both me and my little dog feel right at home. This hotel is fantastic value just off 5th Avenue. It feels like a little jungle oasis in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. It is minutes from the local beach and some of the best restaurants and shops in town. We will definitely be back when we are in Playa next. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Perfect location parking available: not many spaces but we always found a spot.

The water from the shower is a bit smelly, maybe is the same in all hotels. And I am a bit too sensitive to smells

We are so close to everything on 5th Avenue, the mall is next to the hotel, so nice

The shower water is salty and the beds are really hard

We really enjoyed morning breakfast. It is definetelly worth to pay for it. We arrived late in the night and staff was very helpful. They showed us where to park our car and also helped with luggage.

The location was excellent. You can walk to th beach and main night avenue.

The staff could have assisted better upon arrival to get the to room and access to wifi.

There needs to be a clear display of photos that show the basic booking as can be misleading with the other photos shown. The basic room was good anyway .
