The view from the balcony over the city is stunning. Some chairs would be nice to sit on. The location is in easy walking distance to CBD locations and the Bus Interchange. Reception and cleaning staff were lovely. The room was extremely clean.

I was very disappointed that I could only access free to air channels on the TV. Although there was an internet browser on the TV, I was unable to access YouTube to watch movies. If it is possible then some instructions would be most welcome. The compendium mentioned the free supply of bath robes but on asking I was told they aren’t part of the service. There is also reference to specific info at the rear which isn’t there. I think the compendium needs an update and maybe the inclusion of TV instructions. I struggled with operating the ceramic cooktop and ended up googling it for operating instructions. I found the booklet in a bottom drawer the day I left. Maybe some reference to that in the compendium?

We have stayed at Fino Suites a number of times over the years when we are travelling with a dog. It is useful to know that there is a dog friendly accommodation available. The location and parking are very good. The staff are excellent. They are always very helpful and obliging.

Having stayed in the dog friendly suites over the years I couldn't help but notice that they that they have not been updated. I think these suites could do with a refresh (I note that we stayed in two different rooms on this trip and this comment is relevant for both suites).

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Staff lovely and location perfect for event at town hall

The TV entertainment was appalling. Only basic channels. No sky or Netflix and constant Pixel glitching made watching TV impossible. For price paid it was unacceptable. Also, why do we have to pay extra for parking, price was expensive enough without the addition. Money grabbing really. Also shower head would not stay in place which made showering very difficult as had to hold onto shower head during shower

The staff were lovely and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The bed linen and bath towels were great quality. The apartment was very roomy and clean. Easy safe parking and the property was ideally located.

Two coat hangers! We were staying 5 days, fortunately I’ve learnt the hard way and brought my own. Lovely view but unclean windows. The apartment was a tad tired - marked walls and furnishings.

Parking spots can be awkward to access pending which one was accessible. Staff were nice, but there was noone on the desk when checking out. Had to wait around a bit and call multiple numbers. There were no instructions for express checkout - ie. just drop the keys off and leave

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious, very clean and very well-equipped, and had good lighting for reading. Our bed linen was changed 3 times (without our asking) during our week's stay. The location was perfect: opposite the Town Hall, which is beside the River Avon with all the many walks and attractions of the buzzing city. The area was quiet, although only a few blocks from the city centre.

Everything was lovely - we hope to come back.

Our one-bedroom apartment was very spacious and well appointed. It was warm while we were there and our apartment did not have air conditioning. I believe the only air-conditioned units are the suites. They did give us a fan. Across the street from the casino is a quick mart and a liquor store, so that was very convenient. Walking to the main shopping area was not far.

Extremely comfortable bed. The best EVER . Cute little kitchen. Tidy apartment.

Everything over all was good. The place is attractive and comfortable but a bit tired. Pulled fabric on the couch, chipped paint, cracked tiles and basin, holes in the net curtains, couldn't open the door to the balcony, view of neighbouring roofs. It was ok enough overall. Nothing terrible just ok. Enjoyable and relaxing night away.

nice lounge kitchen bathroom good view. plenty of utensils/wine glasses. nice to have proper freezer and not just ice tray that arnt to good with ice blocks. nice furnishings. nice internal rock pools and calcony views to 3rd floor. good handy parking knowing vechile is resonably safe during stay.

some parts of interior beginning to show age repair work walls tiles etc. thats to be expeced with time. some guests dont respect other peoples property. you always get a few bad eggs. no fresh air in bedroom with internal situation. but can leave sliders open for fresh air so not a problem. but would add to noise of people in town and wind. wind noisy on corner unit nor wester etc especially high floors.

We had the standard suite, which lacked nothing. It's huge, with a spacious living area, full kitchen, large dining area, and a separate bedroom. Washing machine, too. Small balcony with nice view of central city. Location is great, within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops, attractions in historic city centre. Excellent shower and towels. Really, everything you could want in a short or long stay--can I take this place with me as we travel?
