Great location, great rooms, fantastic price. We booked a 2 bed apartment which was a one bed with ensuite plus a studio with ensuite. Suited our needs perfectly. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Didn't know about booking a parking spot in advance. Not to worry there are carparks on either side and the best was $12 for overnight parking so all good. However it'd be nice if the accommodation websites (e.g. Booking.com) made it obvious that on-site parking is limited and to book in advance.

This location was perfect for us - just two blocks away from the venue we had come for, it had good facilities for the disabled, enabling my mother to feel safe enough to shower. The kitchen facilities were excellent, which I highly value in accommodation as I have multiple food sensitivities so being able to cook my own food makes a big difference to my wellbeing when away from home.

Not having a window that is able to be opened feels a little claustrophobic, but the air conditioning system was good and easy to use. I found the automatic fan in the bathroom noisy. I understand the need to get moisture out of the air, I'm guessing the technology would be more expensive but what I think would be ideal would be for the fan to come on automatically when there is moisture in the air, and otherwise just turned on manually.

Really beautiful studio apartment in a new build. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean. Location was great, just a few minutes walk from Cathedral Square, Riverside Market and the Botanic Gardens, and right across the road from a stop for the airport bus. The staff were all really friendly and greeted us every morning, said goodbye whenever we went out and said hello when we returned.

Our room was next door to an alley, so the street was very loud early in the mornings with lorries. The dishwasher wasn’t the best and took a few goes to get our dishes clean. Also some instructions on where to put the dishwasher powder in the dishwasher would be useful. Having a clothes airer for clothes that can’t be tumble dried would be really handy, as we had to drape laundry over the ironing board. Cold water pressure was a bit hit and miss in the kitchen.

Beautifully appointed room with everything we needed - and more! We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a longer stay. You could easily create a few simple meals in your room, and having a washing machine and dryer in your room makes it super easy to stay on top of washing. during longer stays.

This is really picky but I find it annoying when the bathroom light and extracted fan are on the same switch. I understand the reason but the noise isn’t restful when I’m spending time in the bathroom doing my hair and make up. Also, the pillows looked fabulous; big and soft but I found them too big and uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore neck.

Good location- easy to walk to restaurants and sites. The one- bedroom unit is quite large with a kitchenette and washer/dryer

I v be relieve it’s a brand new Quest, and it seems the FOH staff is still working out the systems. It took longer than it should have to check in. No fitness center on site, although they have affiliation with one not that far away

Location and newness of the property and the set up of the apartment

Parking was only until noon and we had to pay an additional NZ$10 to extend it to 1:00 PM. We were under the impression that the parking fee of NZ$25 was for 24 hours and we had checked in at 5:30 PM the previous night. Even if we had checked in at 2:00 PM which is the earliest check in time, that means the parking fee doesn’t cover a full 24 hours.

Great sized apartment, exactly as picture in photos. Fully equipped kitchen and good sized bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Amazing staff who courtesy called to let us know we had left something behind. Very good value for money.

The only thing I would say would be the noise. Rooms are all down long corridors so if you are a light sleeper the doors do bang closed and are very loud. Nothing else other than that. Would still recommend to stay.

Staffs are all very welcoming and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. We forgot to book our parking, and Chris graciously assisted us with the arrangements. Very comfortable units, clean and come with everything you need to feel at home.

Hotel parking space is limited although there's private parking at a per entry rate. Be sure to book with hotel in advance for multiple entry parking rate.

New, immaculate, has everything you could need. Comfy beds and pillows, nice shower. Staff go above and beyond and are friendly and welcoming, front desk and housekeeping. Great coffee shop just a short walk away.

The only minor thing is the windows don’t open so you can’t get fresh air. But the hotel is only two stories so not far to get outside.
