The first room I had was upstairs, which was a bit of an issue for me, as stairs are not so easy to negotiate. The room was clean, comfortable bed, good shower, TV, basic kitchenette, iron and ironing board. The Hosts gave me a City Map which proved very helpful. On my second stay, I had a ground floor room, which was even better! It had a massive bathroom! Only downside was that the TV didn't work the evening I arrived, but the Hosts brought a brand new one to the room the next morning and fitted it up. I was also given a complimentary Cappuccino! Overall, a good, clean, very conveniently located Motel.

Location: a key bonus, very easy walk to everything (eateries, attractions, shopping, markets). Room: very attractive, comfortable, immaculate. New bathroom, kitchenette very convenient for making our own breakfast tho a delicious breakfast was available at a reasonable cost. Lovely, friendly, helpful manager. One of our favourite stays during our three week holiday. We would go back in a blink.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was great.

the room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. good shower. it was nice to be able to leave our car parked there for a couple of hours after checking out.

it was hard to get a clear description of breakfast ahead of time during the booking process. breakfast itself proved to be competent, but uninspiring: there are much more interesting options within easy walking distance. NZD$14 for continental breakfast, $18 for cooked to order.

Very enjoyable and hard to fault. Great location and warm comfortable room. Didn't see much of the staff but when we did they were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The only negative was no extractor fan in the kitchen and a warning that cooking without doors open could set off fire alarms. Not good if it is wet and windy outside.

Location is walking distance to everything in the CBD. Although central the rooms are super quiet you wouldn't even know you were in the city. Fantastic shower water pressure.

We have stayed here several times before but always been downstairs and they were great rooms. This time we were upstairs. The bed was a queen not a king and the mattress of cheap quality that we both did not have a great sleep.

very comfortable, close to city bed good, heat pump kept room warm love the heated tiles in the bathroom, and thank you to lady who checked fuse box and got these working we have now stayed twiceand will do so again

microwave too hign for me to see and place trays so I didnt use it but hot plates were good

Stayed as going to conference. Location excellent for conference center, excellent for walking into town and also a morning run in the park. Staff friendly and very helpful, the bed was comfortable, the room clean and spacious. Also well equipped.

Nothing really. It is a great location and was a great price. The on site parking made a real difference.

Very clean, & comfortable B&B. Our studio was in a small quaint group, centrally located within walking distance to the CBD, Botanical Gardens, cafes, restaurants, historic buildings & shops. It offered everything we needed. The iconic tram passes right by the front door! Highly recommended. Wished we could have stayed longer. We'd stay there again if back in Christchurch.

Amazing location. I had three places I needed to go in the city and all locations were within walking distance. Rooms are far enough off the road that you don't hear any traffic. Love accomodation that provides Netflix!

Maybe could do with un upgrade at some stage but for the price we were very happy

Great location, in between 2 tram stops if you are looking to do the tram. Nice and central to town, plenty of places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. Free parking on site which made things so much easier. Room was decent size, very comfortable king size bed, big bathroom and shower as well. Easy check in and out process. Would stay here again.
