Excellent location and facilities . Room was fantastic. Staff brought my wife a dessert plate for her birthday. Restaurants were in walking distance.

Parked on the street due to no ability other than valet. Breakfast was excellent, but was charged much more the 2nd day without consent. Did not realize the variable price when checking out.

The hotel is ideally situated in city centre for walking around. The staff are hardworking, very friendly & accommodating. Our room was clean and very spacious, although they need to polish the glasses. Bed was lovely & not hard. The design of the hotel gives a nice ambiance. Are you a smoker? Good news for you: As for an ashtray at the bar and go out to the front of the hotel where you can sit at the barrel tables.

Mineral pools are VERY close by from the hotel...just wish they had their own heated pools, but there is only so much room. Buffet breakfast: bacon was hard, fried eggs just sat under the heated lamp in a pile. Though a decent range to choose from, I think next time we will walk around the block to 'Eat Street' to find a cafe that does fresh, less expensive options. Although the valet parking is worth it & knew the price before paying two nights...they have to pay the lease for the parking ground perhaps...are they taking advantage as it is expensive compared to even Auckland prices?

Breakfast was great we enjoyed, it'd great to include Paleo or GF breads. The selecetion of food was appreciated. The floor was under staff but the Asian staff was managing multiple tasks with positive attitude and was very helpful and quick. The room was very lovely and appreciate the recycling bins system.

The hotel room was fantastic but should have more towels (one bath towel each person only) and there was only 1 pillow each side, excluding European pillows. There was no spare pillows in the storage cupboard either. Staff at reception didn't explain much about what to expect such as wifi access, checkout time or the breakfast hours included in our package. The valet parking fees $49 overnight was too expensive we felt, normally $25 would be acceptable or more reasonable. The central hearing system was loud even we chose the lowest fan speed and have to turn off during our sleep.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their warm, professional service, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury (Room 810), offering a peaceful retreat with all the amenities we could ask for. As a special touch to celebrate our engagement, we were delighted to find a delicious dessert platter and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that added a personal, memorable touch to our experience. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, exceeded our expectations, making this a stay we truly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return!

The only downside was the toilet design. The toilet door had a gap and no lock, which made it feel less private than we’d have liked. Because of this, we gave it a 9/10, as everything else was perfect and would have easily earned a 10.

This is a very clean and spacious place to stay in Rotorua (though we did upgrade to a larger room which had fabulous views and a living space). It was very quiet at night (so good for sleeping). The staff were really friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. We didn't go into the bar but it looked lovely and seemed very popular. It's very centrally located so it makes the perfect base from which to explore the city but be aware of the parking charges if you're arriving by car. I'd not hesitate to stay here again though, it's a super modern and clean place to base yourself in this lovely town.

There was no free parking at the hotel, so we had to pay an additional NZD$50 a day to park our car.

Good locations and warm staffs. Receptionist kindly introduced the hotel, the city and transportation for us. Room were quite spacious. And I was quite impressed by the milk machine, where the hotel offered free milk that came from a local farm directly everyday. The milk was so rich, it tasted fantastic.

Only one thing tho, the kettle was not clean. However, room service helped us replace the kettle right after. Quite efficient. On the other hand, we were charged for roughly $10 after check-out without knowing what was the charge for. Pretty sure we didn’t even touch any snacks or drinks.

Our family of four (two adults and two children) stayed for one night. The room was comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed using the gym. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner, the food was delicious.

There was some confusion regarding the dinner arrangements. When booking a half-board option online, I expected meals to be included for all family members since the booking was for two adults and two children. Unfortunately, dinner was only provided for the adults, and we had to pay extra for the children’s meals. It would have been helpful if this information had been made clear during the booking process, as it may have influenced our decision regarding dinner plans. Breakfast was provided for the whole family though.

Only noticed that parking was $49 per night after booking. Adds a lot to the already quite expensive room. Paid for one night and left car down the road for the second night. Turned out ok but would have liked that brought to attention before booking

Location was perfect could walk to shopping mall supermarket and all the main Rotorua Eating establishments and lakefront.

They only have Valet Parking for your car and it is $49 per day not included in your room price. Your only other option was to park on streets surrounding and pay $2/hr during day 9am to 5pm Mon to Friday and 8.30am to 12 pm saturday rest free. Could only pay 3hrs at a time and the parking police were out at 9.05am one morning booking everyone that hadnt paid by then. My friend also staying at the Pullman copped a $50 fine one day not paying by 9am for parking.
