I loved the location. I read the guest reviews before I booked, but I still wasn't expecting the hotel to be so well situated. It is totally accessible to all the restaurants, shopping and historical monuments. Transportation is close as well! All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. I really appreciate Carlotta and Laura for great recommendations on where to dine and the best value tours. The breakfast buffet was visually stunning, and the food options were fresh and delicious. There are other local cafes nearby, but the breakfast at the hotel for me is the best value! This hotel reminds you of train travel. It's beautiful. The rich blues and gold in the decor feel luxurious. There is a lovely, not overpowering floral scent upon entry to the hotel that engulfs you in warmth. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eurostars Lisboa Baxia.
There is no direct access to the front of the hotel by car. The street in front of the hotel is restricted for only the train. Hotel drop off by taxi must be one block behind or one block in front of the hotel.

The hotel was wonderful - the staff, the rooms, the location.
Booking.com offered free taxi service from the airport to the hotel. The driver never showed up and, after an hour of waiting, I took a taxi. The taxi driver only accepted cash, not credit. I failed to ask for a receipt and booking.com will not refund my €30 cab fare without proof that I paid that amount. I have been using booking.com for years and have always been happy with them before this.

I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa in Lisbon, Portugal for a delightful two-night getaway, and I must say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was captivated by its charm and elegance. The rooms at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa are nothing short of stunning. They are beautifully designed, combining modern aesthetics with a touch of classic elegance. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was truly impressive, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The ample space and thoughtful layout of the room added to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation. One of the standout features of this hotel is its perfect location. Situated in the heart of Lisbon's Baixa district, it offers easy access to a plethora of attractions, restaurants, and shops. The central location allowed me to explore the vibrant city without any hassle, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, what truly sets Eurostars Lisboa Baixa apart is its exceptional staff. The level of attentiveness, friendliness, and forward-thinking service was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest, catering to my needs and preferences with a genuine warmth and professionalism that's hard to come by. Their recommendations for local experiences and dining options were spot-on, showcasing their deep knowledge of the area and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay. In a world where exceptional service can be a rare find, Eurostars Lisboa Baixa shines brightly. Their staff's commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment truly makes a difference in the overall experience. This is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to fellow travelers. It's a hidden gem that deserves a spot on anyone's shortlist for their next visit to Lisbon. In conclusion, my stay at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa was an unforgettable experience.

This hotel is right in the heart of Baixa, but on a street that isn't a major shopping street and also has no vehicle traffic. As a result, it's probably about as quiet a location as you can find in Baixa. The place is super clean and neat, with big, comfortable rooms. We were there five nights in December and the hotel wasn't full; they upgraded us to a palatial suite at no cost to us. Breakfast isn't included unless you pay about 20 euros extra per person, and we decided not to try it as we were over-eating severely the rest of each day as it was. But they do give free (and good quality) pastries, and between those and making tea in the room we managed a breakfast that our doctor might have frowned on but we were happy with. We took a while deciding what part of Lisbon to stay in and I think Baixa was the right choice; it's central to everything you want to see. Many of the key sights are walkable, and it's easy to get down to Belem for the museums. I highly recommend the Quezel Palace, which is a little further afield but you can get to with an Uber for under ten euros; that place is like a small scale Versailles both in the garden and the interior.
I'd stay again without hesitation; no complaints.

From the very first moment when we met Diogo at the front desk and who was very professional and at the same time very friendly and attentive, we fell in love with the hotel. It’s very clean, comfortable and smells good. Very convenient location to reach a lot of historical sites as well as for shopping and dining. Kamila were very helpful with directions to nice local restaurants as well as with our daily activities. There is no need to look for better place for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised with variety of cheeses, meats, omelets and most importantly pastries for very reasonable price and very helpful staff led by Olga. Big thanks to the housekeeping team who kept our room very clean and comfortable. My wife, whose Birthday we celebrated at this time even got a littLe cake from the staff and she was very touched. We were very happy there and want to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants visit Lisbon. Thank you for the experience. Sincerely Vladimir and Tatyana from New York.

a new hotel (Jan 2023) with an elegant modern contemporary design, spacious and clean rooms (a Bluetooth built-in sound system in every room was a nice tech perk) welcoming staff, rich breakfast providing everything from fresh cuts, cheeses, hot food, pastei de Nata, coffee and juices including dairy free milk choices. but best of all a superb location right where you want to be in Lisbon! keep it up
since it’s new some of the staff are beginners and still a bit insecure. however this will surely improve quite quickly as their attitude was super friendly.

Clean, modern hotel with reasonably sized rooms. The housekeeping service works which is becoming increasingly rare in the post-pandemic world. Excellent location: just a few hundred meters away from almost all major attractions. The hotel is located on Rua de Prata which is a primarily tram-only street along with some service vehicles. So taxis and ubers are a short 50 meters away from the crossing of Rua de Prata and Rua de Conceição. Breakfast spread: one of the nicest spreads I have seen. Staff: very helpful. They also provide excellent restaurant recommendations. Pastel de nata: unlimited supply at the front desk, along with some secco! 😁
The only shortcoming is the lack of an onsite restaurant but there are so many options nearby that the inconvenience is negligible.

Eurostars Lisboa Baixa is an incredible hotel to stay at when visiting Lisbon. The location is excellent — very central and within easy reach of major tourist destinations, shops, restaurants, trams, and metro stations. Our experience was fantastic, with great comfort and superb facilities throughout our stay. The front desk staff were exceptional and always helpful, especially Ruben, who made our experience even more welcoming. The breakfast staff were equally outstanding — all of them provided wonderful service each morning. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The things we loved about this hotel are: - Fantastic location (it was even better than I thought when we booked this place being our first time in Lisbon). It is just 200m or 2 blocks from the Praco do Comercio. Cannot get more central. It could have been noisy but it was not because the section of the street right in front of the hotel is closed to cars! - The property and the room was immaculate. Everything looked brand new. - Front desk stuff was some of the best I ever encountered - very eager to help. - Breakfast was quite nice as well.
The room soundproofing could be a bit better but, overall, the rooms were very quiet and we did not have any issues.

Very happy with the hotel in general. Lovely and modern and loved that there is a wooden floor in the bedrooms (hygiene reasons). Staff in lobby and restaurant polite and friendly.
A full length mirror in the bedroom would be useful, if only a slim one as the only mirrors are in the bathroom (and not full length). When checking out we were left waiting at Reception. There was a male staff member serving another guest and it was taking quite a while. At no point did the male receptionist acknowledge that I was waiting and politely assure me that he would be with me as soon as possible. It was just a minor thing, but could have been dealt with better.
