Nice hotel in a very good area. The staff are very helpful. Especially Mr. Luis. The facilties in the hotel room are good. It was clean and rooms were as advertised. They have checkout till 12 pm will is a great feature. The reception is manned 24 hours so they are always there to help you with anything. Easily accessible to public transport. Lively area. Good restaurants around.
Overall, everything was nice but the WiFi connectivity was a bit weak sometimes. Our room was close to breakfast area so we could hear noises outside during breakfast times. Finally, I wish they had more vegan options for breakfast as there was only fruits and cereals which were vegan.

The location was excellent, near to many restaurants & bars, central to the City Centre and the Metro. We travelled from the Airport by the Metro cost 1.80 Euros each. The Hotel is on the second floor and more in a old building that restricts any expansion so the rooms are what they are in size. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Continental Breakfast served between 7am to 10am. We were able to book Hop n Hop off Bus, excursions and restaurants at the Hotel with the help of reception staff. Our room was overlooking the Avenue had a shower. We were more than pleased with this 2 star hotel
The only thing we didn't like was that we found the bed was softer than we would have preferred but that is just a personnel choice.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights at the beginning of our trip in January 2023 and returned to the hotel for the last night before flying home. The room was smaller than expected, but comfortable and in a good location. It’s on a main street, with many posh shops and restaurants all around, and it’s not far from the old city. Rossio Square and the Santa Justa lift are maybe a 12-minute walk away. And no hills! Straight and flat all the way. Plus there’s a metro station only a block away. We found all the staff to be helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was decent: good coffee, pastries, toast and baked goods, yogurt and fruit.
Not a complaint, just a note. The hotel is on the third floor (the second floor, in Europe) and you’ll have to carry your luggage up a short flight of stairs from ground level to reach the elevator.

The location of the hotel is in the avenue where all the luxury brands are located, so I immediately felt safe and knew that I was in a prime location. I appreciated the staff who were all friendly and accommodating - a five-star hotel treatment. In the photos, the rooms looked really dated; however, it retains the charm of the hotel - being "old" yet preserved. they could remove the wallpaper to add a bit of modernity to it. the subway is a few steps away so there is always a form of transport.
I appreciate the breakfast inclusion, but staying for more than 3 nights with the same food tended to be repetitive, however, the value for money is topnotch, so this is more of a request.

THE LOCATION!!!! It's absolutely perfect, close to everything a tourist need. Which goes along with a bit of a noise at night - Avenida Liberdade is always quite busy. Nevertheless, I would definitely go back there. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The hotel is on an old, charming building, which was renovated in an old style. It has a classical touch, marbles, dark wooden elements. Some seems a bit used, but it's really clean. I would not choose a breakfast, since it was pretty simple, but that's the only disadvantage.
The breakfast only.

Location: close to the main squares in Lisbon (walking distance from Rossio square and other historic monuments). Walkable from the Avenida metro station. Staff: Very friendly staff. Took the time out to answer our simple question (about which direction is the river) with a detailed directions on the map, and other pointers. Room: in a historic building. Strangely, they have a few floors (2, 3, 5) and there's even medical lab downstairs in the same building. However, it's a charming area and building. For a stay in Lisbon to be close to the city center, hotel would be suitable. So while not commenting on the hotel, we found that Alfama is a great(er) neighborhood for tourists (who are able to walk a lot and uphill).
Room Size: The room we had was very very small. Although I can't flag this as a negative as the room size was shown on the booking . com site when I booked. However, the TV in the room is vintage -- it even has the 4:3 aspect ratio (the old old square box). Can't believe they haven't bothered to change the TV out. Breakfast: Acceptable breakfast. No espresso, have an okay american style black coffee. No scrambled eggs, had boiled egg however. Very good multi-grain bread and some other pastries. Also had okay pastel de nata. Fruits are cut up into small dices, a bit strange. Yogurt is not in cups but in an open large bowl. No whole fruits.

Excellent location to metro, people watching, window shopping and walking along the treed avenue. Close to "hole in the wall "eateries or local inexpensive restaurants and expensive fine dinning places. Quiet room. Hotel has an elevator. Very comfortable bed with crisp, fresh linens. Plenty of hot water for showering, Has a large window which can be opened to let in fresh air. Room was not confining and has good lighting for bedtime reading.
I wiped black mold from the tiled walls in the bathroom - both inside and outside of the shower.I suspect poor air circulation in the bathroom is the problem. If the bathroom walls were to be wiped down once/ week with a bleaching solution the mold should disappear.

The perfect location in Central Lisbon. Walking distance from everything we wanted to visit. Very close to the bus and metro for further trips. Location could not be more convenient. Slightly small TVs.
It was a little cramped, but good value. The shower handle where the water comes out broke, so all the water was directed towards the shower door. There is no silicone so the bathroom flooded. The staff quickly fixed this the same day.

The staff. Whether it was the staff at the reception or the cleaning staff, they were all so helpful and polite. The location: you can't be any more in the center. The breakfast was a plus. The room was very clean. Although they seem old, the rooms are definitely well-maintained.
Very minor details: for example, we can kind of hear the neighbors coming and going, but nothing worth signaling. The rooms are also pretty small and old-looking. And the breakfast could perhaps propose a bit more options (sweet notably). But with all the positive aspects aside of that, I won't complain!

I was greeted at a reception by a nice gentleman who helped me arrange an early morning taxi to the airport. He was pleasant and efficient. The hotel is a solid, no-nonsense hotel on the 2nd floor of an older building in the middle of a posh shopping street. Prada, Van Cleef, etc. were just down the street. This made for a nice selection of restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. A good vaue.
I wasn't able to take advantage of the breakfast because I had to leave too early (5 a.m.). This isn't a fancy hotel with extras. Just basic value.
