I checked in on 6th July for a long stay, and during check-in, the lady at the reception informed me that I would be receiving a welcome gift in my room shortly as a gesture for my extended stay. However, no such gift was ever delivered. While the intention may have been good, I believe it's better for the staff to avoid making promises they do not plan to keep. He welcomed me with such a big smile and even kindly upgraded my room, which I greatly appreciated. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect how much he is devoted to his work, and it made a real difference in my stay. “I was disappointed with my stay. The room I booked was not the same as the one I was given, which was frustrating. Additionally, the check-in process took over three hours, which is unacceptably long and caused significant inconvenience. (During the check-in, Ms. Parchi & Ms. Hima & Mr. DUTY MANAGER told me the room was upgraded but once reached the room I was shocked room was degraded) The overall experience was not up to the expected standard used to have earlier! Strongly would suggest ensuring the same room as shown in the picture during the booking

Wonderful Hotel with all amenities at a very prime area. City view was very good. Spacious room with a good sized work desk & Comfortable double and single beds to suit the needs of three of us family members. Air conditioning was good and bathroom neat and clean. Excellent location where you get all types of Indian Cuisine very near the property. Supermarket and all stores available in close proximity. Al Karama market just behind the Hotel. The location is excellent.

The property is midway between ADCB metro and Burjuman Metro , in fact, slightly closer from Burjuman Metro. But it takes a lot of walking to and from the metro each time you step out. Breakfast was expensive and space crowded also. so we had most of our meals outside at Hotels near by.

I stayed with my family for 6 nights. There are many positives about the Park Regis such as Location -it’s between two metro stations. Food- Nearby umpteen Indian restaurants option. Breakfast- options are sufficient with one Indian section. I stayed in Family room which had separate bed for a kid. Room size was good. Bathroom was spacious and clean. I used swimming, steam , sauna and Jacuzzi all decent, clean and working. I also used SPA treatment, it was top notch quality at affordable price of 50% discount. Overall very happy with choice of Park Regis.

Breakfast could be improved, one day orange juice was very diluted, it seems as if extra water was added to increase quality. During weekends when hotel was full it was taking long time to get a clean table.

The cleanliness was amazing

The front desk staff was too judgmental and not at all friendly. Seems they judge people on their clothes I was staying there for 8 nights and even one of the night I wanted help and got down in my shorts they didn’t kind of help me in a polite manner and were bit rude

There is nothing to complain, Everything is good. Nice view in the top, rooms are very very good, well located, People are nice and friendly. The Spa is one of the best.... you do not have the feeling that you are going to pay anything , and you feel like a guest not as others hotel that you go to the SPA and you feel that they are doing a favor for you. Very very nice

Taxi in front of the hotel. Uber etc. Always ask how much will be, one idea first because they can add suitcase etc. No good. I got a Uber It was 50 and they charge me 70 , I said no and he did not want to void the solicitation. I spend from the hotel to the airport the situation ans I got my money back. It was a fine of 10 AED.... not much money but it is MINE and I am miserable

WELL APPOINTED ROOMS, LOOKS LIKE A BIT OLD HOTEL, BUT THEY HAVE TRIED TO MAINTAIN WELL. ADEQUATELY FURNITURED, THOUGH DOESNT LOOK TOO MODERN. HAVE 19 FLOORS AND THE BUFFET BREAKFAST IS ARRANGED AT THE 19TH FLOOR WHICH HAS A WONDERFULL VIEW OF THE DUBAI CITY. WAS REALLY CROWDED WHEN WE VISITED. CENTRALLY LOCATED WITH A NEARBY METRO STATION. ALL TOGETHER WAS A NICE EXPERIENCE. STAFFS WERE HELPFUL. THEY HAVE A ROOF TOP POOL, SAUNA, MASSAGE CENTER, GYM ETC. NO PLAY AREA FOR KIDS.

THEY HAD A GOOD SPREAD OF ITEMS FOR THE BREAKFAST, BUT TASTE WAS NOT GREAT. A HOTEL OF THIS STATURE SHOULD HAVE BETTER COOKS. THE SOUTH INDIAN MENU CHANGED ON ALL DAYS, BUT REMAINING ITEMS WERE THE SAME EVERYDAY. BUT FOOD IS NOT A MAJOR CONCERN AS THE ENTIRE STREET IN WHICH THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IS FILLED WITH RESTAURANTS - ALL TYPES - VEG, NON-VEG, SOUTH INDIAN, NORTH INDIAN, ITALIAN, ARABIC,,,,,, SO YOU WONT GO HUNGRY. THEY HAVE 4 PASSENGER LIFTS, BUT DUE TO SEVERAL FLOORS AND HEAVY CROWD, YOU INVARIABLY WAIT FOR LONG TIME TO GET A LIFT. ITS LOCATED IN THE CENTER, FOR THE SAME REASON, TRAFFIC AROUND THAT AREA IS VERY BUSY AND YOU GET STUCK IN THE TRAFFIC ON YOUR WAY TO REACH THE HOTEL.
