This Hotel is a Holiday Inn Express not the Hilton or Sheraton and this is absolutely ok for a 3-to-5-day trip to Lisbon. Yes, there is no Safe in the room or a minibar but they do have a very nice and small bar in the lobby, if you do need ice cubs or just a small drink. So, before you book always read the descriptions and what is available or not. For us it was absolutely ok to stay there. The closest subway station is around the corner of the next block and from the airport you will be in the Hotel easy in around 30 minutes. To the city center or Riverbank, you can also easily walk within 45 Minutes. We liked it and we´ll come again. Thx to the Housekeeping Crew you are doing a really great job and yes some people are special.

Please be aware that breakfast should only be consumed inside! And if you don´t do so you´ll meet a lot of pigeons. So please return your plates inside when you had your breakfast thx. Back home you we´ll also not leave your table with everything on it, or do you? This is a Holiday Inn Express not the Hilton, so there is not always someone after you cleaning your stuff up, thx.

The location, although quiet, was a bit too out of the way for us. We spent a lot of €€ on Ubers to and from the hotel, sometimes a couple of times a day. Also the beds could have been more comfortable. My back ached from the lack of support. I also felt the rooms were a bit cramped, but we managed since we only stayed for 3 nights. I wish they had provided a bidet and hair conditioner but these were all minor things that I disliked. Overall it was very clean and that was what mattered most to us.

Excellent location of the hotel on a quiet street, close to the metro and buses. Within walking distance of a shopping center, restaurants, cafes. The hotel has friendly staff. The room is large and clean. Good breakfast in the morning, there was always enough of everything.

In the morning at breakfast there was not always enough staff to clear the tables. A good solution would be to organize a table for dirty dishes so that you could take the dirty dishes yourself.

The hotel was used as an overnight stay to go else where . I had a car and car parking was available on the weekend . This was the reason for choosing the hotel what is near city centre . Good selection of breakfast , enough to keep hunger until lunch . The staff was accommodating especially thanks to Barbara . She helped us lots . I requested things such as bottle opener for my drinks I purchased else where . Cutlery and crockery for my take out food . The staff were amazing . The bed for our child was very comfy . It’s not those typical sofa beds you get . It was very big and comfortable adults can even sleep on it . This was better than expected for a hotel of this size . Holiday Inn Express surprised us and with good feedback. I would come back again and it’s made us re-think on our usual hotels we normally stay in and choose Holiday Inn Express as one of our future options .

Unfortunately the day we checked in the hot water was not working as the hotel boiler was out of order . We were informed at reception about this and were given the option to cancel our booking or accept the situation . Given that I flew in from London and didn’t see the messages in time I accepted the booking. I informed Barbara for some compensation as you would . She kindly went to her manager and this was given to me as we agreed which made the hotel experience even better . I received a reduction in my overall bill . So I didn’t like the hot water situation but this was resolved with the compensation . So I suppose the negative turned into a positive with the overall outcome of this situation .

The hotel was located very close to the subway station, so I felt safe returning to the hotel at night. The room was also very clean and comfortable. There were stylish hooks on the wall to hang bags and hats, which was convenient. There were also many outlets for charging, which was very comfortable. The staff were all kind, and although I was in trouble only once during my stay when the power breaker tripped, the staff quickly resolved the issue. Breakfast starts at 7am, which was helpful on days when I had early plans. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Lisbon.

There was nothing bad about the stay at the hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Super caring. I traveled with my 3yo and they were super attentive. He was tired during breakfast and the lady on the reception saw it and brought a pen and a paper to distract him. Highly recommend based on the staff friendless. From the front office to the kitchen staff and housekeepers. Comparing with hotels in higher tiers. The staff is the reason why I will go back.

The property is very well located and is visible that had been kept to best of the staff ability.

Based on our experience from other cities (not with Holiday Inn, but similar hotels) we expected it's going to be just OK, and nothing more. We thought our apartment is going to look old with stains on the carpet and an ugly bathroom (as it usually is) but we were completely wrong. Our apartment as well as the whole hotel was clean, pretty and modern looking. The room had everything we needed, the bathroom was nice and spacious, the bed was big and very comfortable. Other than that, the staff was very helpful, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel storage while we were in the city waiting for our flight.

The only thing that was not spectacular was the breakfast. It wasn't bad, it was just modest. The food was fresh and seemed to be of decent quality, it just wasn't very diverse especially for vegetarians.

The hotel location is very good. The breakfast is excellent for this type of stay. The room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay absolutely. Good furniture in a room and the bathroom where all is working as expected and in a perfect condition. Those little things everywhere that form satisfaction with the stay. We would like to express our personal gratitude to a hostess with a beautiful name Raissa who helped us with endless patience and charming smile. Keep going like that!

A little bit outdated TV set which were not allowed to connect Apple devices without installing additional software (and you must pay for the app). Also, the restaurant menu is quite brief - can be better for sure.

Our stay at this accommodation met all our criteria. The breakfast was very modest but solid enough for a good start to the day, with staff constantly replenishing and providing quality ingredients. The location is excellent for connecting to other parts of the city. We used the parking garage for our rental car since the area is quite busy and finding parking nearby can be challenging. There are excellent restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a late flight home, so we left our belongings in the luggage storage room and were able to relax and have a drink in the hotel lobby before our departure, especially as it was raining just before we headed to the airport. The comfortable chairs in the lobby made it easy to unwind, and we even watched the football championship with other hotel guests. The room was very clean with a large bathroom. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The facilities were clean, and the staff was very kind! The complimentary breakfast was great, though the variety of food was a bit limited. The room was compact yet comfortable. While there were no amenities provided in the room, you could request them if needed. The hotel had good access to the city center—it was about a 20-minute subway ride, which wasn’t too far. Overall, my stay was fantastic! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to explore the city.
