No washcloths, it’s a minor thing, but inconvenient; most people were not aware of the Belgrave Road or the hotel’s location. Every taxi driver took me to or arrived at a hostel with a similar name but with a different address number. Your website needs to be updated.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Belgrave on our first London stay. The hotel reception are inviting and friendly and were always happy to help answer any questions we had. Includes breakfast (continental) was exceptional and even included a decent coffee machine! The hotel has a bus stop right out the front and is close to 2 train stations. A variety of restaurants close by. We walked to many places and enjoyed the stroll along the London streets. Room was small however still enough room for suitcases on the floor and room to move.

Only downfall is the older buildings don’t have the insulation so if you’re a light sleeper this may be an issue. The shower was small but workable. It didn’t bother us as we were there to see the sights not the bathroom or hotel room.

Perfect location for tourists, just a few blocks from Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. If you like walking, you can go in a 15-minutes walk from Victoria station to Buckingham Palace and St James park (via Buckingham Gate). The bus stop is just a few metres from the hotel entrance (bus 24). By bus 24 you can go to Trafalgar square in few minutes. Good value for money. Keep in mind that most hotels are a bit expensive in London central especially at weekends. The rooms are a bit small but good enough to have a good sleep after a long day walking around. The private bathroom is modern and clean. Good quality of bed and pillows. You can have a breakfast in the hotel but you have plenty of options to have a good breakfast in Victoria Station or anywhere in London. Very helpful staff.

Room size was good for two people, especially extra front section with sofa to store luggage Comfy firm bed and aircon during London heat wave Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, loaned us umbrella, connected with housekeeping and kept out luggage before and after check-in/out Housekeeping cleaned room promptly after late sleep in plus refilled teabags, cookies etc and left clean cups/glasses each day

Room was by stairwell and ceiling felt hollow as you could hear guests walking from rooms above

Great location for our first stay in London, bus stop and tube so close by it made it easy to see the sights. The staff were friendly and helpful and our rooms were cleaned early in the day which we appreciated. We booked a standard room ,which was small but meet our needs, the tall window/doors that opened on to a balcony were fabulous especially during the warm weather we experienced while there. Air condition worked well too. The breakfast was excellent, much more than you would expect from a continental breakfast. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at the Belgrave hotel on our next visit to London, highly recommend

The Belgrave hotel worked really well for us, an older couple. First thing to mention is that transatlantic flights are physically and mentally exhausting and choosing a good hotel is important to a good start . We also got a private driver to pick us up at the airport also through Booking. It was not much more than the train and dropped us right at the door. This was a great decision. The Belgrave is a small budget hotel right in a terrific location close to all of the major sites. They will hold your bags if you get in too early for check in and it has a restaurant and a bar on site as well as plenty of easy walk places to eat. We took a very small but reasonably priced room. It was very clean. Housekeeping staff was exceptional. Bathroom and shower worked well . Breakfast was good and also reasonable. We walked almost everywhere we went. I also would recommend the Uber boat which takes you right down the Thames. It is more like a hop on hop off than an Uber as we know it in the US. We loved London. We spent 6 nights at the Belgrave. It was a great stay. I would stay there again.

I had a great stay at the Belgrave Hotel in London! The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city. Victoria Station is about a 15-minute walk, and Pimlico Station is even closer, making it very easy to get around. Buckingham Palace is also only about a 20-25-minute walk... The hotel offers good value for money, especially given its central location. My room was clean, comfortable, and featured a very good bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the coffee and tea-making facilities (+ hot chocolate and cookies!) in the room, which added an extra level of comfort and convenience. The bathroom was clean and nicely designed, with quality amenities. Even slippers were provided, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious, varied, and nicely presented. The breakfast room downstairs was welcoming, and the ladies serving breakfast were friendly and attentive. A small extra charge applied for a full English breakfast, but it was absolutely worth it. The overall selection was generous and satisfying. All in all, the Belgrave Hotel was a great find! I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again on my next trip to London.

We loved everything about the Belgrave. We knew the room would be small but it was fine for us. The tall windows/doors that opened out on to a balcony made it all feel more spacious and light. I would rather fresh air over size any day of the week. Once the doors were closed we didn’t hear any outside noise. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom clean and very functional. We loved the toiletries provided. The towels and linens were super clean and good quality. The breakfast was amazing. There was so much more on offer than what we expected for a continental breakfast. The location is wonderful. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away to escape the busy craziness of some spots. Pimlico is a charming area. We would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here a number of times and it is a convenient location for getting around the city whilst staying somewhere that is reasonably quiet. The staff were as always friendly, helpful and approachable. Although the rooms are not large, the room was very clean and had a good sized and well equipped bathroom with rain shower. The bed was very comfortable and I slept quite well. A varied and comprehensive continental breakfast was included in the room rate. There is a very good variety of restaurants within easy walking distance for dining in the evening. I will certainly stay here again.
