Pleasantly converted old building set around courtyard nicely located between the Plaza Mayor and route to Alcazar and the newer shopping area and aqueduct. Breakfast room, restaurant and tapas bar in nicely decorated cellar.

Breakfast pretty good but could do with hot plate to keep bacon and eggs warm. Tapas bar independently run, doesn't take cards and is trying a little too hard to be innovative - some dishes a bit weird. Good atmosphere though.

Our room had a king bed, which is hard to find. The room was large with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was included, so that was a great way to start the day. The staff at the front desk was awesome. Alberto and Maria helped us navigate our way about town and found us a driver to take us to Madrid airport. Great location, easy to walk to the aqueduct, cathedral, plazas, and Alcazar. We had a terrace that overlooked part of the city. I wish we had more time to use all the outdoor space. It's a really cool building, and I would recommend staying at Palacio.

There's some street noise from traffic but not bad. Earplugs were provided.

This is a beautiful old building which has been modernised but still managed o retain many of the original features. It’s close to the aqueduct and the main tourist areas without being too close. The room was spotless and well equipped, we even had a kettle which is not usual in Spanish Hotels. I am coeliac and each morning I was offered fresh bread and pastries which were individually wrapped and even had a toaster for my own personal use. The staff were friendly and efficient and all in all it was a pleasant experience.

The property was centrally located on a short walk to the aqueduct, and a manageable walk to the cathedral and palace. It was extremely affordable for the accommodation and breakfast included. The room was very spacious and clean. The building itself, a historical gem.

Parking is not included in the price, tho some secured parking is available.

Very spacious, historical building, center of Segovia, only a short walk to all major sights. Huge, comfy bed! Minibar. Nice inside courtyard. All in all quite ok.

Loud, ask for a room not facing road. At least they supplied free earplugs, a nice gesture. A bit dark and musty, historical building opening windows difficult.

Great location, near to aqueduct, cathedral and the Alcazar. Nice comfortable room with all facilities. Good breakfast with hot and cold selections. Nice helpful staff. One word of warning, the air conditioning is centrally controlled and so it is not possible to switch off. So it can get quite cold.

Old parts of the hotel are very nice, newer parts not as much (IKEA style) Just a few blocks from the action Junior suite was very large

The bed sagged in the middle causing us to roll into the middle of the bed. The breakfast could be better.

Near to sights and bus stop for train station. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. A beautiful building, sympathetically modernised. it looks nothing from outside but once you pass through the front door, you are in a different world.

The breakfast was fantastic. A large buffet with something for everyone from sweet to savory, hot to cold. The location was great, just a few blocks from the Aqueduct and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Staff was very helpful.

The first night our room had the rather small double bed against a wall, which is not comfortable for the person on the inside who might need to use the restroom in the night. They were able to change us to a room with a different layout for the rest of the stay and that was much better. If you are used to a queen size bed (or larger) be aware that the beds are narrow--at least in the economy rooms.
