The location was excellent - within walking distance from the heart of Prague, all while remaining outside the ring of tourists in the city to drink. Easy to get to (we were driving). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything - recommendations, changing the battery to the door lock, or finding the best route to a destination. The room was large and comfortable, as was the bed. A smart TV allowed us to use Netflix and Prime at night. It was a great deal as well.

Not much - we didn’t try the breakfast (we thought it was a tad pricey. The lunch menu was darn tasty, though.

I stayed in a room on the top floor. The room was clean with comfy beds. It was perfect for me to get a good rest after busy day out. If you're a very tall person bare in mind that the ceiling is at an angle, at least in room 601. I cannot comment on aircon or their restaurant as I didn't use them. Staff was very nice. And so is the location, you can easily walk to many attractions or the river.

As it's on the top floor, it's more like an attic room, when I opened the window, the wind turned it completely up and I wasn't sure how to fix it so it stays open just a little bit. It's just a little thing.

Great location. As a Vegan it was an excellent place to stay it would also be if you are not a vegan but care about all animals and the environment. The restaurant downstairs does most excellent food, drinks and coffee. Staff on reception were all very friendly. Very quiet hotel too. Fridge in your room and aircon. Would I go back - most definitely when I visit Prague again. Book with confidence

There was nothing that springs to mind.

We stayed at the hotel for the second time this year, now for Christmas and New Year. Due to the high season, the price was double the usual rate, but that’s expected in Prague during this time - so no complaints. Overall, everything was great: quick check-in, a convenient location, a comfortable bed, well-equipped rooms, excellent Wi-Fi (which was essential for work), and delicious breakfasts at the cafe on the ground floor.

However, this time, the housekeeping was disappointing. We requested room cleaning, but the linens weren’t changed - they were just smoothed over. During our previous stay, the linens were replaced every time.

Excellent location with the National Museum steps away and the city center easily accessible. Convenient public transport. The room was a quiet haven thanks to great soundproofing, offered comfortable space and bedding, and featured a spacious, spotless bathroom. Loved the inviting indoor and outdoor common areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was truly exceptional – the best I've had in a long time! Bonus points for the complimentary water and free games.

The only improvement that came to my attention was the damaged bed headboard. It was not causing any discomfort, but it did not look nice in the overall well-equipped and modern room.

Ricardo and the young gentleman on reception were absolutely lovely, welcoming and friendly. Restaurant staff were ok, 1 stood out, lovely lady that loves cats, she was fabulous. Bed was really comfortable in our room too. One more thing ... The food was absolutely delicious 😋 highly recommend.

I stripped the bed as I always do before leaving and the pillows and duvet were really stained. I mean REALLY stained. Glad I didn't know till after. Also one side of our shower door kept coming off the rails which was annoying. Apart from that, all good.

Breakfast was wonderful, many options from the menu. Also a hot drink and a juice by our choosing was also included. We tried everything in the breakfast menu and nothing disappointed us. The restaurant staff was very kind and the food was amazing, we event ate dinner there couple of times. Everything was very tasty. The hotel location is also very good, close to the old town and main attractions. Room was cozy and romantic. It was amazing staying in a vegan hotel, usually it is not an option. We really appreciated it very much. Will definitely come back!

Check-in was smooth – everything is convenient and accessible. The room itself is quite minimalistic, but it has all the essentials. The location is excellent – many places of interest and restaurants are within walking distance. On the ground floor, there's a really nice and reasonably priced vegetarian cafe with a fantastic staff. Just a heads-up: some of the portions are surprisingly large, so be prepared! :)

There are no slippers in the room, and sometimes the elevator gets slow and takes too long between floors. But the most annoying thing was the inability to turn off the automatic motion sensor light in the hallway of the room.

the hotel was in a great location, 5mins to Wenceslas square. charles bridge and astronomical clock was approx 30mins easy walking pace. the hotel itself is clean and the rooms i found an adequate size. the beds are quite comfortable too. i had room 303. there is a mini fridge for storing your own drinks. you get a few coffee sachets( sadly after i used the 2 these wernt restocked) this would havd been nice for mornings. there is a Vegan resteraunt, which i didnt use, as i was up and away all day. i found a small cafe 1 minute down the street( be careful as one is a cannabis cafe). staff were polite and friendly too. reception is staffed 24/7 which is nice. its on a busy road but that didnt bother me as its quiet at night. the walls are thin, i ended up with a noisy family next door for last 2 nights. they clearly had no consideration for anyone else.kids banging walls at 2200hrs and 0700( headphones fixed this). overall, the hotel was very good and well situated. value for money, i found it exceptional. id 100% stay here again if visiting Prague

Great location, super-clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very efficient and welcoming and my request for a quiet room was met. We both loved staying somewhere vegan; the breakfasts were amazing, delicious and really filling. When we had as n earlier departure on our last day the staff very kindly packed our breakfast up for us to take on the train. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant one evening. I’d definitely stay here again next time I come to Prague.
