The staff were FABULOUS ! Very helpful with great attitude, very welcoming, smiling, wonderful energies and looking for helping guest. The suite is beautiful, big spaces and great view to the lake. Room service was good ! They didn’t miss any day. Nice gym and they offer also sauna. Cleanness and service are excellent.

- The pool was a bit cold for us, even though it’s summer time and some days were hot weather, the pool water was very cold. - The location was good since we had a car, it’s only few minutes drive to the center. - Walking is also good option but the way back is climbing sharp way up. There are buses also nearby. - The parking outdoor was supposed to be half price than indoors based on “booking” information, but when we arrived they said that outdoors will be the same as indoors, and that booking was still not updated. This is fine overall, but would be better not to make these kind of inaccurate information.

The hotel is well located, with a back entrance leading directly to Paradiso train station. The lake view suite was very spacious and offered a beautiful view. The staff were extremely kind, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or during breakfast. A special mention to the gentleman at breakfast who remembered the ingredients of the morning omelette, a lovely touch! The room was very calm and quiet, which made it perfect for working. It was also well equipped, with two televisions, two bathrobes, etc. The bus pass was also a real bonus, making it easy to explore the area.

- The room’s furniture could benefit from a more modern touch, although everything was clean - For dinner, greater variety at dinner would be welcome given the high prices - The pool water is cold - Finally, offering a few more "free" items in the room (such as drinks, snacks) would make the experience even more enjoyable, especially considering the price.

The rooms were spacious and the location was a 20 minute walk from the centre of Lugano or use the free bus from outside

Having to pay 10CHF per night to park in the outside car park. The bathroom of our room was very badly designed which made getting into the shower very difficult. You had to squeeze between the toilet and the edge of the shower screen to climb over the edge of the bath to access the shower. The cost of the drinks in the Havana Bar were just ridiculous. 23CHF for a gin and tonic! No wonder the bar was nearly empty and then you had to sit and drink it while other guests were sitting smoking in the bar.

view from the balcony , size of the room was big, I really loved the bidet sprayer, staff are friendly, parking is free, swimming pool seems fine but did not try it myself .loved the coffee machine, they gave us complimentary water and almond biscotti which was delicious, bed was comfey

location was far from down town comp and the road was pretty steep since it is located on a mountain, a lot of insects coming in from the balcony, the bedroom was smelly,

The view from the rooms is amazing Lugano lake is breath taking . The room is spacious , clean , comfi beds , the breakfast was the best , nice high quality variety , omelette station and they even have nice coffee not the regular machine ones . The gym area is a bit stuffy but they have all the necessity equipment. The pool is nice but it is only indoor.

The furniture is a bit out dated but in an excellent condition so wasn’t really an issue . It is the location is not centric so you need to take a train or bus but the hotel provides a ticket on arrival a good touch from them.

No clear rules in the wellness area (nude zone, no skin on the wood (yuck), no underwear (yuck) in the sauna). Guests needs to be educated …

I am very particular about a clean bathtub and a clean balcony, so I was a bit worried before my stay. However, there was absolutely nothing to be worried about! Spotlessly clean rooms and balconies (for there were two!). Spectacular view of the lake. Good breakfast. The staff really add to the ambience of this hotel, they are all so nice and friendly (apart from one young lady, but I suspect she was under pressure and too busy clearing breakfast tables to engage in niceties!😆) I had a fantastic stay and just didn't want to leave! I have stayed at a 5star hotel in Lugano, and in terms of how welcome you are made to feel, this experience was very comparable.

Everything’s was good and amazing starting with the location os very near to paradiso tain station and the stop bus also near just you need to walk for 1 minute from the city exit of the hotel, the breakfast was good , check in and check out was easily and fast, the bus and train tickets was free from the hotel I mean including your reservation I just want to say thank you for all the stuff and sure inshallah we will come back soon 😊

A small spider in the bathroom and bedroom
