The hotel was incredible. It is beautifully decorated in an exquisite eclectic style. The hotel has a boutique feel with luxurious amenities. This was our 2nd stay at Casa Howard so we had different rooms this time. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. Both of the ladies made us feel very welcomed when we returned for the 2nd stay. The breakfast tray was delicious and beautifully prepared. We absolutely loved Casa Howard and Florence! We will definitely be back!

First thing you read entering Casa Howard is their sign "we are not a hotel". And they are correct - they are so much more! The design is breathtakingly beautiful, the service is friendly and extremely knowledgable. In-room breakfast is an absolute delight. Really unique and special place that makes a visit to Florence so much more enjoyable.

Overall an excellent " House " so to speak, as just like staying at a House & not a Hotel. It was an intimate setting with attentive & helpful staff & a lovely breakfast too. As for location ? 10 minutes walk from the Station & not much longer into the Town Centre. There were plenty of Restaurants with 10 minutes walk too & of excellent quality & realistic prices.

Just one thing really, it would have been nice to have had a small fridge to keep water cool but other than that, nothing at all to dislike.

we decided to pay extra and change from a normal room to a suite- it was the most eclectic room we have stayed in which was fun. it did have a spiral staircase to the bedroom which was a bit of fun trying to get up and down especially in the night. the bathroom was amazing and products supplied next level. the breakfast were served on a tray in your room magnificent. the lady who checked us in was sooo helpful. the location was a very short walk from the train station. there was a great coffee shop up the road and so close to everything ie walking.

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Howard. The rooms were darling and having our wonderful breakfast on the terrace each morning was an absolute treat. The location was right in the middle of the city near everything that we wanted to see and we were easily able to walk to everything. It also helps that it was a 5 minute walk from the train station, and a bonus - directly neighbors with the historic Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella. If we ever find ourselves in Florence we'd love to stay here again.

Perfect location, easy access to all the main sites. We had the garden room. Liked that we could eat breakfast in the room next door or have the option to have it served in the room. Small bathroom, but it had everything you would need. Staff was excellent and always ready to help. Room was quiet and did not have any noise, wifi was good .

Would have like to have more than 4 items per person for breakfast ,Every item exceding 4 would cost money.

Great location. Elegantly furnished, large room with large double bed. Excellent breakfast delivered to the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lift access.

The property was a lovely guest house, with beautiful decor and history. The small retro elevator was charming, and luckily I didn’t have too much luggage. Our room was upgraded to a terrace room which was amazing (likely since we only stayed one day in the middle of the week). The breakfast was delivered to our room and it was delicious. The bed was very firm, but I didn’t mind.

We had a little trouble turning on the air con, but the staff helped us and it worked well.

Everything was exceptional about our stay from the service from the staff to cleanliness and layout of the rooms. They helped me with planning flowers and champagne after proposing to my girlfriend and even held the flowers when we left for Lake Garda and then came back to stay one more night before we left Italy. if you are looking for excellence and a departure from the normal chain hotels this place is excellent. Also close to main train station, tours and excellent restaurants.

I travelled with my family (we had 3 rooms) and we all loved the hotel. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were unique in their design. The location was brilliant and we all really enjoyed our stay. We all had breakfast in our rooms which was great and well managed by the hotel. I would stay at Casa Howard again for sure.
