The 24-hour staff desk gentlemen were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, the property was very clean and located in such a great area surrounded by shops, grocery, restaurants, and the rail station. It was the perfect location. The lift/ elevator is very nice and the place was so well maintained. The location is centrally located to tourist attractions and the area seemed very safe. The apartment also offered great amenities such as a washer/dryer, dishes, refrigerator, microwave oven, etc. And because it is only a few feet from a major grocery store, we actually used all of the amenities. City Prime Apartments is an excellent choice.

The pull out bed couches do not appear to have been shampooed or cleaned in a very long time. It is at a point where cleaning them and the rug are critical. Otherwise, the rest of the room was impeccably clean. Please note that luxurious bed covers and pristinely clean mattress pad cover the couch for sleeping; so, the cleanliness does not inhibit the use of the pullout beds. However, had the couches and rug been cleaned, this is easily a 10 star property! The property, location, amenities, and service are exceptional.

My sister and I shared this flat during our recent trip to London. It is a nice flat in a safe neighborhood, close to the Earl's Court Underground station, with restaurants and cafés nearby. There is also a Sainsbury's around the corner. There seems to be a lot of tourist accommodations in the area as we saw many people pushing luggage. The flat was clean, in a secure building with 24-hour reception. There is a small lift in the building, so you don't need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our flat did have stairs. If you have mobility issues, check with the facility before booking. The kitchen had a refrigerator, a washer/dryer combo laundry machine, a small microwave, and a hob/oven. Dish liquid and 2 laundry pods were provided. There was also a tea towel provided. No dish scrubber/cloth was provided, and there were no baking pans except a grill pan in the oven. There were plenty of dishes/cutlery/glassware. There were several stove-top pans. The refrigerator was large enough to hold some drinks for after a busy day of siteseeing. The laundry machine worked fine. It was too noisy to run overnight, though. Also, each cycle may take up to a couple of hours, so don't wait until the last night to do any washing. The bathroom had a step-in shower stall. Toiletries were provided. The bed had plenty of blankets and pillows. We had to make up the futon. There were plenty of sheets and pillows in the storage area within the unit. It took fewer than 5 minutes to make up the futon each night. Of note: We were told well in advance about the £300 security deposit against damage to the property during the stay. This was provided via online communication. The amount was pended on my credit card during our stay. The room was checked before we left, and the amount released upon check out from the facility. My credit card released it later the same day.

None of these thoughts are criticisms. We liked everything. These are just some thoughts/suggestions. A non-slip mat for the shower would be great. Some hooks to hang jackets. A lamp in the sitting room.

Location is fantastic! Staff at reception were lovely. It’s a short walk from Earl’s Court station so if coming from Heathrow this is very convenient as there are no train changes and there are lifts in the station for luggage. There is a supermarket right round the corner which is great and the appliances in the kitchen were lovely. The bonus was a washing machine and pods provided (enough for 2 loads). A sponge and fairy liquid were also in the kitchen. A nice sized fridge and freezer too. The TV is massive and there is AC which is much needed in the summer months.

The decor is outdated and the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. I suggest a topper to be provided (note: I didn’t ask for one and they may have available). I was in the lower ground floor and felt a little uneasy due to easy accessible door and windows from the outside. Around 9am in the morning staff come down to access things right outside the window so this was quite a disturbance especially if you are sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed.all these things wouldn’t deter me staying again though. It was just the room that I was assigned. The street is very quiet and feels safe (as safe as one can feel in London).

The apartment was very nice and clean. It has pretty much everything necessary for a family stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The trash was taken out by the staff every day. The room is made up once in a few days. There are multiple large supermarkets and two metro stations nearby. Quiet street. Highly recommend.

We wish there was a dishwasher in our kitchen. I warmly suggest the hotel to consider installing one for maximum comfort. I believe a narrow model might fit between the angled wall and the washing machine if the wine shelves were moved to the top. While the hotel has a lift, there were a few additional steps next to the lift entrance on the 4th floor. We had to help our stroller by hand when exiting the lift with a sleeping child. Luckily a few steps wasn't hard for us, but still a small nuisance to keep in mind.

The staff were so kind & helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable & nicely renovated. The shower had really good pressure & was always hot. Great to have a fully functioning kitchen too. The location was really good with 2 tube stations a short walk away plus buses 2 mins away. 3 supermarkets close by too. The property is very well maintained also.

The only thing was that we booked a studio apartment so obviously there wasn't a lot of room in the living area but it was a pretty standard size for London. It wasn't really an issue though as we were out all day sightseeing. Maybe if we came again we'd try a 1brm apartment.

Our stay at City Prime Apartments in London was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out for their kindness and attentiveness. They were welcoming, always ready to help, and even offered to store our luggage after check-out, which was really convenient. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-designed, and had a cozy feel. It was equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was a coffee machine, which would have been a nice touch. The location is another big plus. Situated in a lively yet pleasant neighborhood, it’s just a short walk from the metro, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The combination of convenience, cleanliness, and friendly service makes this a solid choice. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to London!

Very small bathroom (by American standards,I think this is pretty standard for other accommodations in city) Dryer didn’t dry our clothes (the staff generously offered to dry them for us, but unfortunately clothes were still wet when returned to us). We wound up having to go to a laundromat across the street, as we were continuing on to other countries and couldn’t pack wet clothing. No real reception area.

Ground floor apartment suited me best. Quietism street in the middle of London. Within walking distance to food shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Underground trains and buses within short walk. Very pretty street - flowers around the steps for the apartments that helped me identify the door easily. Air conditioning, which was necessary during my stay. Kitchen facility included a washing machine, which was necessary for me.

Can’t think of anything negative, other than there wasn’t a tea towel…. But I could have asked if I’d needed it.

The location is nice and staff are very helpful as well.

Beware that there is a 300 pounds deposit, not that it’s a bad thing but I did not know tht before getting there. Also my room was a bit small for the proce I have paid. Other than that everything was fine.

The building was clean and safe. The front door was staffed. Management let us check-in early at 1130 am after an alright flight, amazing! Beds were super comfortable. Pull out couch was comfortable. Linens and extra towels readily available. Kitchen was OK. Big fridge and freezer. Kettle. Toaster. Coffee, tea and sugar available. Grocery store was a 3 minute walk. Quiet. 2 TV

Bathroom had all new fixtures however it was tiny. If you were a big person, it would have been uncomfortable. Kitchen had very few items. No oven mitts. No baking ware. Would have been a little challenging to cook a meal. I wasn't planning to cook. I could have asked management for more cooking items.
