The location was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was really big and clean.

Info about parking should be sent beforehand. Once you arrive at the location using a gps you already missed the parking. NOISE! There is a lot of noise coming from the main boulevard below the rooms. Noise above the rooms as well since planes are coming super close. The rooms have 0 noise reduction, the windows, at least in the room we stayed in, need a fix since they blocked 0 noise, you can hear everything from the street.

The hotel is on a main street and easy to find by car. The garage was secured and comfortable. The appartment was comfortable, good looking, with a nice bathroom and wooden furniture that makes the space exceptional. We had a view on the main street and the huge windows made a pretty and cool visual experience.

The hotel has sent us a message, although we have announced the arrival time. Also there was no 24/7 reception desk. Despite, the staff was kind and correct. The WiFi on the 3rd floor had a weak signal. The sound insulation was quite bad and as we were on the main street's side it sounded like if we were parked by the highway.

A bedroom, a separate entrance room, and a spacious bathroom. The TV is in the entrance room, which allows some flexibility for extended stays at the hotel.

This hotel does not offer breakfast. The nearest business building has a canteen (closed during the weekend). During my stay, there was ongoing construction work near the hotel, which caused some inconvenience when I opened the windows.

All the staff we met were extremely nice and helpful (receptionists, cleaning lady). The free parking place in an underground facility was very useful. The room was actually a mini apartment with a small living room and a normal size bedroom. The air conditioning was efficient.

The parking slot is rather tight and needs some driving abilities. The view from the window is not that great (if it looks on the backyard). The location is not in the very center, but has easy access to the metro.

In the photos the rooms look a bit old-fashioned, but in reality they are okay. The room we stayed in was particualrly large and spacey. Every member of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Location was good, with the city center some 20 minutes' walk away, and also a metro station nearby. We could park right in front of the gate of the hotel (there's also an underground parking facility for the guests).

We did not have great views from our room, but that was not a problem. The furniture, the bedlinen, the fittings were rather simple and inexpensive, and probably not the latest buys, but everything was clean and worked properly.

Very polite host. She is available all the time - also late at night. The beds were very comfortable - pleasantly hard, but just enough, not too harsh - it is kind of rarety nowadays. The breakfast is served at a small turkey restaurant across the street - it is really good not only for breakfast if you like the turkey dishes. The room consisted of 2 small rooms - the bedroom and living room with TV and small fridge - very convenient for more than 1 guests. The internet was perfect (as almost everywhere in Bulgaria). It was quite clean.

The bathroom had a leak, but it was not a problem for my 2 days stay. This part of the city is quite noisy, but one cannot change that one.

Great location - the metro is nearby, connection to the airport and city center. Clean and spacious suite: a bathroom with a bath, a bedroom and a living room - table and a sofa and armchairs. Very good every day housekeeping. Polite and helpful receptionists. Thank you guys!

We stayed here 2 times so far - 2024 and 2023. The room facing the street was more noisy then the room facing the courtyard.

Big and clean rooms, special garage and vey good stuff

The mattress of the bed was in very bad condition, curved very much in spedial points. Needs replacement. The auto off light turns off immediately when you take the card off the specified place, needs a minimum time to turn off so not to get blind in the room.

The Location is great if you are not using a car, because the metro station is like 3 minutes away from the hotel. The internet was super fast, very happy with that. The other great thing about our room was the fact that it was not facing the boulevard next to it, which gave us the silince during the night for a good sleep. The bathroom was super big and cozy with good heating and the shower gel was smelling amazing. The personall is more than great. The lobby bar is super cozy and you can have cup of tae or some other drink.
