First of all, great service from all staff! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and lovely. Somehow got a free upgrade on my room, which meant an incredibly spacious room and bigger bed; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it. The bathroom was lush, great shower, and omg the heated floor!!! Loved the sauna open twice a day and 24h gym (it has a real squat rack!!!); also loved that it has a communal kitchen, unlike most other luxury hotels - which is great if you have dietary restrictions and can't eat out every day (or simply don't fancy it), also it's all Smeg and it looks super cool. Overall very well equipped, amazing facilities, looks cool, good location, friendly staff - top notch. :)

LOVED the shower; however the "separator" glass however could have been a bit longer, saving the water from spraying all over the rest of the bathroom. Also perhaps having more facilities to hang / store clothes, like a chest of draws or something like that, would be nice. :)

Great location: the neighbourhood is vibrant, with restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc. Close to Linnanmäki, aquarium and Tropicario. The tram takes you to the centre in ~15 minutes. Facilities: sauna is good, and the communal laundry and kitchen make it very handy if staying a bit longer or with family. The kitchen has a filter coffee machine. Comfortable: nice room, with good AC and comfortable pillows.

Not buggy friendly: with a baby not in arms you do come across quite a few steps and heavy fire doors. With a buggy the easiest way to get to our room was first one lift, then crossing the building (two sets of fire doors) and another lift + fire door. The doors are quite heavy, so they are hard to open for older children too. That said, if your children are 3+ and you can have hands free you'll be fine.

this is an incredibly well thought out hotel in sense of concept and design. i have never stayed at a hotel where there is a proper common kitchen and where you can do your laundry yourself for free and not have it sent out at a high price tag. THere is also a bar, and restaurant so you can choose. I like the mini bar in the room and coffee in the room, a lot of hotels do not include this as many want you to buy it from the hotel, i like the music in the hallways and stairwells. there is also a sauna and gym. every staff member and housekeeping are friendly - i do not find this many friendly staff at most places i stay. The neighborhood is full of music studios , recording studios, creative spaces, mtv cool bars... lidl is 2 mins away, the tram is in front to take you anywhere you need to go . i also repect that there is a person at the desk 24 hours a day and you can check in anytime and not this self check in or no one working at night nonsense. the beds are extremely comfortable and proper mattresses. it is a hotel that makes sense and is perfect for any creative , artist, designer, musician or folks here to go out to the cool neighborhood bars and music scene

The loft room was a good size for us (2 adults, one 4-year old and a newborn). We enjoyed the saunas and the location in relation to Linnanmäki is excellent. The breakfast was lovely.

We were a bit let down by the choice of restaurants and cafe’s in the area. The pizzas from the room service were like frozen home pizzas. As for the room we got, it was obviously wheelchair friendly and it could have been done to be more cozy. Especially the bathroom felt like a hospital. The kitchenette had no lighting and there was an oddness to the huge mirror on the wall that we could not reach to see the top of our heads from.

Room was roomy, comfortable and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, well connected by public transport. The area has many interesting developments, bars and restaurants etc.

Pre- arrival communication slow - enquiries were not answered promptly and the phone was allowed to ring on and on without answering. On site no issues with communication. A word of warning for those coming by car - my car was in the parking garage connected to the hotel, and paid for through the hotel .. and was broken into while parked in the supposedly secure premises.

The folks is the sort of place that grows on you as you spend more time there. You begin to notice the attention to detail in your room and the environment, down to a dim light in the bathroom mirror that looks like the moon when it is on and the other lights are off. There is underfloor heating in the room so very cosy. There was stylish Nordic design in the room. I booked a boutique room and had a beautiful view looking out on a leafy avenue. Comfortable robes also. The sort of place to completely chill out. When I arrived I had a different room that not ideal. It was a bit darker and with a tiny bathroom. When I mentioned it to the hotel manager she was very professional and promptly showed me a selection of other rooms. I got the beautiful room with a view of the world going by. Really impressed with the staff and of course you can’t go far without meeting another Irish person! The hotel is in a very cool industrial setting and beside the tram to Kamppi. Walking distance to the Kallio district also with some cool spots. The breakfast is outstanding and a beautiful setting. The roof bar was also open and I went, it was very nice. Outdoor lighting at night is very cool. The staff kindly gave me a later checkout to allow me to go for a final walk around the area. A lot of places wouldn’t bother so this was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Not very much. It’s a great hotel. There are quite a few stairs but I think with the design of the building and being historical it works. The sauna is open 6-10am and then not again until 6pm. It would be nice to be open during the early afternoon.

Very pleasant staff who also upgraded me to a better room free of charge. The room is really spacious, with everything you need, the design is sleek and modern, but with respect to the historical building it's located in. Room was also very warm and had a nice homely feel. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options, and no hot dishes, but everything was tasty. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but a very convenient tram runs just in front of the hotel an it takes 15-20 mins to get to the most important sites.

Only a couple of downsides: 1) The shower area isn't separated from the rest of the bathroom, and tend to get flooded, so it's not possible to use regular soft slippers or put a towel - you have to wear rubber flip-flops 2) There wasn't a lot of storage space in the room, just some hangers

The room was very spacious. The hotel and surrounding area are pretty quiet in the evening, I didn't hear any loud noise that would disturb my sleep. The sauna in the hotel is excellent. Although it is not very close to central railway station, but very close to Pasila station and the bus and tram stop are right in front of the hotel, only 1-2 minute walking. The staffs were very nice and friendly. Couldn't say much more on how much of pleasure to stay here.

The room feels a bit cold for me personally, need a second blanket. Otherwise, everything else was just excellent.

I travel a lot for work and I don't usually bother with leaving reviews but I have to this time. The hotel is exceptional. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and modern. The bathrooms are small but they are clean and modern too. This hotel is a perfect place to stay for a work tri due to fantastic breakfast (one of the best I've had in a hotel), free sauna, gym and many places nearby for dinner - including the restaurant in the hotel. Staff has always been smiling and friendly and in overall I could not enjoy the stay more.

The main entry to the hotel requires you to walk up stairs which may be an issue for those with mobility problems or very heavy suitcases, but perhaps there is another, accessible entrance that I just didn't know about as I didn't need it.

Our stay at this hotel was a good experience! The location has easy access to public transportation, which makes getting around the city a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready to help. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the unique mattress—it was very cozy, adding a nice touch to an already relaxing atmosphere. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, Angelina. There was a great variety of options, including some delicious Finnish goodies that added a bit of local flavor to the meal.

Nothing to add here.
