Arianna at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location - although away from the hub of the city - was close enough by public transport to allow for full exploration of Florence; a beautiful (and ultimately walkable) city. Breakfast was also included in our reservation and was a welcome way to start our days.

We had hoped to visit Piazza di Michelangelo in the evening but it didn't work out as we felt it was too far away from the hotel. It was only upon leaving for the train station when we discovered the required bus (#12) stopped right outside the door of the hotel.

All the staff I met during my 4-night stay were very friendly and helpful. My request for no cleaner to go in my room during those 3 days (I only asked for some fresh towels) was met without any problems. The temperature was comfortable and it was adjusted to accommodate my needs as soon as I occupied the room.

There was a bus to the city centre that stopped right outside, but there was no service after 8pm, so the options were either to walk (for half an hour along the road works) or take a frenetic taxi ride, which cost over €15 for just 2km!

- The hotel is located in a nice and safe neighborhood; - The staff is very nice and helpful; - There is a supermarket nearby, plus a few cafes; - the city center is around 20 min on foot - the room was very clean

- the location: if a public transport system in Florence was better, the location would have been perfect. But otherwise prepare to walk on foot to the T2 tram stop because buses are unpredictable (and rare at late hours) - the breakfast leaves room for improvement, especially with the lack of fresh fruit. - in my room I could very well hear the boise from the street, so be prepared for that - my room was a bit dark for my liking.

Room 59 (disability access room) is big, window overlooking a garden, toilet is big as well

This hotel is far away from all tourist attractions; walls are so thin we could hear next door talking/showering/watching TV; breakfast was too simple for this price; coffee that was provided at breakfast shelf was very bad; they didn’t let us know there was a coffee machine at the counter (we had to ask, if we don’t ask, we don’t get it)

Clean , comfy , suitable size . VLAD evening reception has been the nice guy we met in our whole 10 days travelling Italy . Even though some say needs updating I liked that the hotel had character

We went for breakfast at 9:45 and a lot of the items hadn’t been restocked and every single table had dirty plates but maybe this was due to a busy spell . Italians in general are just very rude, expect very basic service everywhere you go.

Located c.20 minutes by foot from the Duomo, it’s also a bus stop nearby, close there are grocery shops. The hotel is quite shabby, but I didn’t have other expectations after looking on its photos. It’s a very loud ventilator in a room, but at the reception they can switch it off for only your room, which was really great. From a road you can hear passing cars. The room was cleaned well. All staff is very nice and helpful. WIFI works well. I didn’t go for breakfast, towards to the historical center there are many lovely caffe places, where you could have breakfast on your way.

The room was tastefully decorated. A few knocks and bumps be general very good. A few minor faults but the maintenance man came around within a few hours and fixed them. Reasonably convenient for transport but this will improve greatly when the new tram line opens nearby. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Very few restaurants close by. I prefer a quiet location as I am a light sleeper but not near the action. This may not suit everybody.

I like the 24h reception which makes my early checkout possible. The staff were all very friendly and I like talking with them😊 There is a supermarket just within 3-min walk, and to the city center 23-min walk. If you wanna take bus, bus station is just outside the gate. Anyway, I will choose Diana Park next time when I travel in Florence.

The room was OK, I would even say very good as for 3* hotel. Comfortable beds, good/modern bathroom. Possibility to park the car in the yard. 20 min. walk to city centre. Several good bars just around the corner.

Parking places are extremely narrow, and there is not much space in the yard, so it was really problematic to drive out even with the small car. The second issue was with the breakfast on one day (second day everything was OK), we came at 8:45 and there were almost nothing left. We ate just some buns with butter and coffee.

I love your little traditional hotel. Far from the center without crowds, noise or confusion but close to transport and restaurants and a supermarket, drug store, and other retail stores. I'll be back.

Standard breakfast is not my favorite. The bathtub was a wrestling match with the Jacuzzi jets but I won.
