The location is superb. Overlooking the river and short walk to everything you need in Cairns. We just happened to be in town and Hemingway brewery across the road had a beer festival, which was great. The room was tidy and spacious and great showers with great water pressure and good value for a family or a group of 3 or 4 or to share an apartment

1 thing that could improve it is a newer tv or a stereo for a way to play Spotify music, we only had MTV music which was ok but stopped it from being perfect.

We loved the space and the positioning and all the detail like shampoo conditioner and body was were there and if you wanted to do any clothes washing reception were happy to provide washing powder which saved having to buy a large pack for one lot of washing ..

There was a shortage of pots but that was just if you were going to do a lot of cooking and if staying for any length of time but all the other essential stuff was available

Lots of space for the family. Great location. Great facilities in the apartment.

Renovations in the above apartment during the day made it impossible to be in the apartment because of the noise. On a day when my daughter and I wanted to relax and watch a movie, we had to leave the apartment and wait by the foreshore because the noise was unbearable.

found multiple nail clippings on the sofa in the living room and on the floor in the bedroom. checked in late so didn't mention to staff. Everything else was spotless including the crisp white bed linen

Location was pleasant but not many eating places open on a Monday night. Apartment was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Main TV in loungeroom was OK but could not get it off FOXTEL to watch local news!

The reception was OK at check-in but not available at check-out so had to just leave the keys to unit and to garage area in a box on the counter. Was going to go across Wharf Street to the Brewery for dinner but, unfortunately, it was closed for a private function so had to traipse around the block to finally get a take-away from an Italian restaurant (penne bolognaise which was very bland and expensive at $36.00)

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was exceptional - large everything (including both bathrooms) and plenty of space. Great view of the water -then we had a bird's eye view of a massive cruise ship berthed right in front of us.

Getting in after 10pm - we were a bit confused (and tired), and it took us ages to find the apartments from the lock box. Suggest the instructions say after you pick up the key from the lockbox that you walk out of the carpark and turn left into the street with the apartments in the next building. (The current reference to the carpark sounds like you are driving.)

very spacious for a family of 5 adults. Kitchen very well equipped. Liked the eco approach of large dispensing bottles of shampoo, soap etc rather than multiple small plastic bottles. Stunning views from the balcony - perfect for watching the sunrise. Perfect location, a short walk to the marina or town centre. Perfect for us.

This property was extremely luxurious. Beautifully presented, fully equipped, really spacious. We had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and there was so much more room in the living area than anticipated. Air conditioning was really effective (and much needed) The staff were incredibly helpful. It’s also situated really close to town and the marina. We stayed twice and it did not disappoint.

Large size of apartment, clean tidy, everything comfortable. Foxtel. Quiet area at night. Great location. The view of the mountains from the lowest floor still pretty good!

A small issue with lights from BBQ area streaming in all night, around the blinds. Probably only affects one particular apartment. Perhaps they could be set to turn off at 10pm?

Location near waterfront was great. Rooms were bright and spacious and comfortable. LOVED the King sized bed in master bedroom - lovely crisp cotton sheets delightful. Also wonderful to have a balcony over looking the mountains to see the rain clouds and watch the bats :) Bonus - great coffee at The Chambers just down Lake Street!

Only thing that could have been better was getting a water view - but none available when I booked.
