Richard was extremely responsive and helped us navigate the pedestrian roads to arrive at the garage! I had a few questions before arriving and always got a quick response. Poured rain and Richard had an umbrella for us!! The little studio was superb and the beautiful heated stone floors most welcome in the unseasonably cool weather. The champagne was superb! All in all a 10 out of 10 stay!!!

Perfect location, 5 min walk to all the amazing things in the city centre. Richard is amazing, he gave us instructions how to access the garage and get the keys of the room even though it was before the check-in normal hours. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, with cooking facilities and a nice little garden. I definitely recommend!

The location is quiet and tranquil yet close to all the beautiful attractions of Toulouse. Our host Richard was very welcoming and took the time to provide us a detailed map etc. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Very clean and well maintained room with a cozy vibe. Well equipped and modern appliances and high quality furniture. A sweet turtle lives in the garden, be careful not to step on it when you get home in the dark.

great location in the middle of the old center; perfect for a short (or longer) stay! Wonderful hosts and nicely equipped, comfortable and private space including kitchen corner.

Very nicely kept mini-apartment. Place to sit outside and plenty spacious for one-two persons. Richard is a lovely host, attentive and pleasant personality.
