The location of Casa Uffizi is unbelievable....Just off the square next to Sculptures. You just can't ask for a better location in the Uffizi area of Florence. The staff is absolutely fantastic,...they are soooo nice and will do anything to help make your stay better,

There is alot of early morning noise from the restaurants below starting their day, There is no Television in the room,...and if you have a few bags of luggage space is tight. BUT, you are not in Florence to watch TV or spend time in your room. The location is 10 / 10 and the place is clean with daily maid service. All things considered, I highly recommend a stay here for two people when your in Florence,

Location is amazing! So close to everywhere you would like to go! You feel the city! The staff is so nice and caring. My room was not ready when I first arrived. When I called them, they cleaned it very quickly, and they upgraded my breakfast. This is a no-reception hotel. All the communication is via WhatsApp, and it runs smoothly (Make sure you receive the entry code before your arrival). The breakfast is in Bar Rivoire, which is on the Piazza della Signoria, with a splendid view of the Palazzo Vecchio and the whole Piazza. It is a dream to start the day there!

The regular breakfast includes a croissant and a cappuccino, which is delicious but not much. I realised later on that there is a better option, which is paid. My room, which was labelled as deluxe, was overlooking the internal courtyard of the next-door restaurant. It was a little noisy, and sometimes smelled of food.

Location is perfect. Room was clean, personal was helpful. All was good. Near to train station, by walking about 15min, if you want you can use public transportation mini-bus C2.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of all atractions, you can walk towards all main squares and key points in Florence. The host was amazing, even tough you don't have direct contact with him, the communication through what's app is more than great, quick answer with recomandations, directions or whatever you need. He also shared a piece of building history with us which was great.

Our room had the window in the back, to a trash area, not so much natural lighting, but it served our purpose, the view was just outside the building. The toilet seat doesn't fit so good with the toilet, not so comfortable to sit on.

The Location is Perfect you can walk to everywhere, the Rooms are big and clean and there is everything you need like shampo, conditioner, glases, cups, hair dryer and much more…. The check in was supposed to be late but we arrived earlier and the Lady was super kind and let us check in much earlier. The communication was very good we got super fast responses when we had questions, and also the Breakfast was very good and enough. All in all I can absolutely reccommend this place it was really fun staying here.

The location was outstanding. Less than 50m from the Piazza del Signoria. The included breakfast was really cool. You redeem a voucher at the nicest little coffee shop with a huge range of parties.

The stairs to get to the room were quite steep. Wasn't a problem for us, however if you have troubles walking or carrying luggage up stairs then this could be an issue for you.

Very central to Florence and the David statue. Host was amazingly helpful and sent through a lot of helpful and interesting information about Florence and what to do. We were given breakfast tokens to enjoy a coffee and pastry at a famous, historic & very nice cafe just around the corner from the accommodation. We would stay here again.

Ouer room was just behind a restaurant so there was some minor noise from the alley, but this was not major.

Location is first class for visiting all of Florence’s main attractions. Super clean. Super comfortable and spacious room. Remote concierge system via WhatsApp worked great, including ‘top tips’ and recommendations about places to visit. Recommended!

No TV in room…but who needs a TV in Florence? Get outside and see things! Some noise from street/piazza in evening, but honestly everything quietens down by 22:00 (maximum) and it’s perfect after that.

The location is very convenient. All of the landmarks, galleries and shopping areas are within walking distance. Silvano was very responsive in his communication. On our first day, the place where we were supposed to have our breakfast was unexpectedly closed and Silvano quickly found a nearby alternative, reimbursed us and personally came to apologize for the inconvenience (although it was beyond his control). Very kind of him to make sure we remember Florence with good memories. The bathroom was also nice, spacious and felt like someone put good thoughts in making sure guests have a good experience. Silvano also made efforts to reserve a taxi for our departure.

There is no elevator from the street to the first floor. You have to carry your luggage 16 steps before you can take the elevator. There is no view from the windows.

Location,location,location!!! I first time experienced hotel reception through WhatsApp, but it was positive one.

Breakfast was joke, but at least you got something. Noise from restaurant kitchen downstairs, but it is never quiet in tourist cities.
