We loved the location and facilities, especially the pool. Pool was nice and clean which was brilliant.

No face washers or hand towels despite asking for some. Had to also ask for extra toilet paper and bin liners. Pots & pans weren’t enough which made it quite challenging to cook, as a young family, it would have been easier to cook rather than eat out each day. Management of our room weren’t very clear with their communication, I didn’t even realise they were separate from the accommodation until my arrival and the staff onsite informed me. Cannot complain about the staff onsite at all. There was a food & beverage facility in the main reception area that didn’t open at all for the whole week we stayed.

The location, clean and tidy, beautiful views

The check out process was confusing with mixed instructions on where to leave the key. We checked out at 3am due to a long travel home and were unable to get to our vehicle, parked in the basement as we have returned the key. Contacted booking which was out of hours and the complex after hour security wouldn’t assist as we weren’t guest of the hotel. Little bit of miscommunication made for a stressful morning waiting in the lobby for another guest or residence to help us get to the basement. Bedding was comfortable however didn’t match the photos

Location is great Walking distance to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The balcony views were great. Cafe onsite was great. Bumbles Cafe walking distance near the river was great too, only 5 min walk from accommodation. Own carpark spot.

Could not use pans and baking trays as they were not in great clean condition. Stovetop needs a clean as well and toaster need to throw out and be replaced. I think cleaning charge should be reimbursed. Could not use window blinds in one of the bedrooms as the blind chain was broken. Only had 1 towel per person and stayed for 3 nights. Atleast 2 per person. But I asked host for more towels and they were very good to provide more straight away which was great.

The place is fairly spacious with well thought-through design and matching kitchen, living room, bedroom furniture. Good location nearby major places yet further away to give more comfort and quiet.

the place has a study nook but there was no table / chair unfortunately. It is sad as I needed a workplace during the stay. Then, there was a mishap with the electric door battery that got flat and locked us out. Really such things should be checked after each rental to avoid unnecessary challenges.

Great location, staff very nice and checking in was simple with thorough instructions in collecting key from a locker. would highly recommend this apartment. loved it.

If I had to say anything there was mis match cutlery and walls and floors properly need an update refresh of paint. Steam room was great to have but did have mouldy smell One of the rooms was an odd shape with beds laid out a little odd but not really an issue. We loved the apartment and facilities and location and would stay again.

The location of the apartment complex was awesome. The proximity of the accommodation to the beaches nearby, shopping centre, pubs and restaurants was just too good.

We had a large rental vehicle (Toyota Commuter - 12 seater) - basement parking was not available due to height of the vehicle (2.3 mtr). Also, street parking was not available at all times and we had to look for spots in lanes near by. Also, it would be great if you could provide some tissue boxes for guests to use in the rooms. The WIFI connection was dodgy and kept dropping quite frequently.

A lovely, clean apartment. Excellent location, short 5-10 minute walk to surfers paradise beach, shops and tram stop etc. Checkin and check out was completely contactless, there was no reception for this apartment and there was a short walk to collect the second key card, but the instructions provided were very detailed and clear, and we had no issues finding and collecting both cards.

Only downside (very minor) was that there weren’t many or there were only very basic kitchen utensils (e.g only 2 pans, no deep pots, only 1 knife, no can opener, no paper kitchen towels etc.) which made cooking for 6 people each day more difficult.

Second time I’ve stayed with Ruby and let me say it’s always good to be there, feels like my second home really. The staff always go beyond measure to take care of their guests! My friends and I have made it our thing now that if we’re staying in the goldy Ruby is the only place we’ll go as we trust them 🫶🏽

Only thing I didn’t like about this trip down was my glass sliding door was broken upon arrival. The entire handle and lock was pretty much ripped off and hanging on by a thread so I was worried that would affect me in some way when coming to get my deposit back, but no issues thankfully! It has a great location, comfortable and clean rooms, and plenty of space within the villa. I would definitely book again! Tea and coffee were also available which was perfect as I forgot mine! Master suite was beautiful and the ensuite was a dream.

A few things were damaged around the property such as the blinds and the door handles to exit onto the balcony and patio, however, I didn't really care to much for those issues... you barely noticed them.

The unit was great and was close to everything

Check in was at 3pm. When we arrived the cleaners had not even started cleaning our room. We were told then 15 mins to clean so we went for a walk. Came back 30mins later and still not cleaned from last people. We had to go wait down at reception. Went back up 20 mins later and still not cleaned. We did not get into our room till 4pm. This was very poor as we had a dinner to get to and had to get ready In a rush as the room was not ready on arrival
