The property was in a good location and had sufficient parking. The room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay.

The breakfast was the only thing really that stopped me giving this a 10. There were two staff members sat down in the breakfast room folding napkins and the breakfast was cold. There is a choice of bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns etc but it was freezing. Inedible. I left mine and just a croissant instead. It’s a shame because I think it has potential to be really nice!

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable (soft mattress but not bulky), there was a good selection at breakfast to choose from - either a hot breakfast or cold one. There's an overground station 3min away and an underground 7min away, so easy connections.

Overall it was a very good value-for-money hotel. It would've been nicer if the room had a mini-fridge, and if breakfast had more fresh vegetable options. As the hotel never claimed it existed, we knew coming in that it won't be there, so no disappointments.

Staff is super friendly and ready to help. We arrived much earlier than the chek in but the guy on the reception offered us to go to the breakfast and refreshe ourselves with food and coffee. Everything is really clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is always fresh.

The room was light and airy and very comfortable, with unusully for most hotel double rooms two comfortable chairs rather than one, so one of you needs to sit on the bed, The location was excellent with very good bus, tube and train connections. Very good choice for breakfast, with cereal fruit, continental (cheese, meats, croissants etc., or a selection of cooked items.

Someparts of the room (the bathroom for instance) could do with a little sprucing up as looking a little tired. The only other negative was, as we were on the top floor, in the morning when we were getting ready (at the same timeas a lot of other guests, I presume), the water pressure was quite low, and as we prefer a bath to a shower the bath was quite slow to fill.

Great Staff, very friendly and smiley. We had the room cleaned every day with a change of towels as well. Also rooms are well isolated, so you can have quiet sleep with not hearing neighbours. Tasty breakfast, some limited gluten-free options. Very close location (5 minutes walk) to two Underground stations and around 12 minutes walk to the 3rd one. Plenty options for lunch and food shopping (Aldi, Sainsbury). And there is space for parking (first come - first serve, but we were lucky to get one when arrived).

The mattress could be more comfy and I was boiling on it, but I am ultra-sensitive for such things, so for other people might be all right. A bit small bathroom, it was a hard to close yourself in. Parking has plenty trees around so our car after 4 days was covered is birds droppings.

My sister and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Quality Hotel Hamstead. Demetrius, at the front desk, was friendly and approachable, warmly greeting us with smiles and a welcoming demeanor. The twin room, while slightly compact, was exceptionally clean and tidy, equipped with all the essential amenities, including a bathroom featuring a powerful shower. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and replenishments provided. The room rate included a buffet breakfast, which was a delightful bonus. I chose a traditional English breakfast, and both my sister and I thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact, we both agree that it’s one of the best buffet breakfast we have ever had. The staff in the dining area were attentive and responsive to any inquiries, ensuring the buffet was always well-stocked while maintaining a supportive presence without being intrusive. Another factor that influenced my choice of this hotel was the free car parking. Although the parking area was a bit on the smaller side, I had no trouble finding a spot. Parking is operated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The people at the reception were very polite and willing to help us in anything we wanted to ask.The hotel is located in a very safe and calm area very close to the metro station on foot and even closer to a bus station,which is really important to reach the city center.Many shops like super market etc are located very close in case you need to by anything any time.The rooms where very clean and we had a daily change of our towels.We really appreciated the fact that they provided us a solution to the problem we had with the fact that we wanted to have heating in our room also during the day in case we stayed inside. The mattresses were very convenient!

The breakfast was nice but it could have a little more variety of food or at least some different options every day and not exactly the same. The room was somehow small for 3 persons,we guess it’s a double room with an extra bed inside. The heating is open by the hotel and not individually only during special hours per day,especially at night so if you wish to stay at the room during the day,you have no option of hitting in general.Although,when I realize it i asked for a solution and the receptionist provided us immediately a heating machine which we could use on our own whenever we wanted and this is something we truly appreciated!

The twin-bedded room was very comfortable. Plenty of power points, hot water in bath and shower, crisp white cotton bed linen and good quality towels refreshed daily. Lots of hanging and shelf space for clothes. The location was perfect with easy access to public transport, shops and restaurants. Great breakfast, including gluten-free. Friendly and helpful service 24x7.

Initial impression of hotel exterior and decor is drab. Walls are thin - Luckily, my neighbours were mostly quiet. Low water pressure in shower and inadequate shower head. No toiletries or bottled water provided. No mini-bar or fridge. Limited choice of TV programmes - very few international news stations.

The room was comfortable and very clean. I particularly loved the shower and the all in one body wash/shampoo/conditioner. A quiet location in an affluent area and so close to Finchley Road Tube station. The breakfast buffet included a great range of items and the staff there were very professional and always ensured that the buffet was topped up. I ordered toast and did not have to wait long for it. The receptionist was also very professional, helpful and friendly. A credit to you!

I would have liked complimentary biscuits and glasses to have been left out, and for other guests to be more considerate when closing their door after 11pm (perhaps a notice could be displayed if one is not already on the wall) but apart from those few suggestions, all in all my stay at the hotel was memorable and I would return. Thank you.

Parking- huge huge draw! Location perfect for us- close to the school we needed to be at on Saturday morning but also less than 10min walk to Hampstead and even closer to Finchley tube and amenities there. Room with twin beds not always easy in London. Property was clean and breakfast which was included was good.

It was a cooler night than recent temps but no air con could be a major problem in the Summer. Would have preferred if the staff didn’t hoover and mop literally around me as I sat on the sofa. Also, if they are going to smoke can they be further away from the front door as the door was open and smoke easily filled the sitting areas.
