I stayed 9 days here and really enjoyed my stay. It's clean. Staff are helpful. Room is not big but you have everything you need from toiletries to hair-drier, etc. There's a fridge and hot water available downstairs. A 7-11 is 1-min away. Very convenient. The location is the best. It's right between Rambuttri and Chao Phraya River. It's very easy to go to busy tourist areas or the quiet and shanti riverside and a nearby park depends on your mood. There're also supermarkets and local markets around, and many cafes to explore. There's no elevator but the staff helped taking my luggage upstairs. Really precipitated it.

Sometimes there are ants in my room. The shower wasn't hot enough.

Perfect location, near lots of shops, restaurants and other attractions. The bed was so comfy, probably the comfiest I’ve stayed in during my trip. The room was quite small but we were only staying for one night so it was perfect for our stay. Had everything you needed. The staff let us check in early as we arrived very early in the morning which really helped us out. There was a nice terrace you could sit on upstairs

Nothing bad to say apart from the size of the room maybe, but as I mentioned this wasn’t a problem for us. It had a cosy feeling

Excellent hotel with perfect location in Old Town. Close to everything and so many restaurants/cafes/bars just outside the door. 7-Eleven opposite. The best thing was the value, so cheap for a really clean well finished room (they actually made an effort with pictures on the wall etc.. dont often get this for budget central Bangkok and it made it really pleasant.) Sound proofed, great air con, full satellite TV, nice bathroom and hot shower. All new stuff. Great. The rooms are small so this may be a factor for some people but it did not bother us at all. Really friendly and helpful staff

I like the location, The bed was comfy enough, the staff were super helpful 👌 I also liked that the room was very well equipped with a fridge, hair dryer, small tables, clothes racks, the shower was steong pressure and warm water. Honestly for that price, it would be hard to find something with the same standard with a very central location.

It could use a bit more cleaning from dust, the water pressure in the tap was very weak (that could be fixed). If you are a lightsleeper, then it would be hard to fall asleep as it is close yo main road. I used earplugs and slept well.

After travelling from the south of Thailand via bus, I arrived very late into this part of Bangkok and checked out the next morning. The location was convenient to the bus drop off point in the Khao San area and the staff accommodated my very late arrival. They were also very helpful the following morning in organising a taxi onwards using an app I did not have on my phone. I did not stay long enough to say much more about the facilities. The single room I had was very, very small, but it was one of the best rooms I have stayed in in this area as I had a private shower, clothes storage area, kettle, fridge, TV, air con and a very comfortable bed with clean sheets and clean towels provided (the space may have been small, but it was well equipped and perfect as a base to stay). I would stay here again if visiting this part of Bangkok. Also, the hostel is situated nearly opposite the Phra Athit stop for the Chao Phraya Tourist Boat, which is a good way to travel around various sites in this area (such as The Grand Palace).

The stair case to the upper floors is very steep (I was on the third floor too!) and with a heavy backpack and daysack, it was a bit of a challenge to get up and down! I had to take my time and make sure I took careful steps. This was not a deal breaker, but if I was to stay again with luggage, I would request a ground floor room (or only one level up!)

This was a perfect space for me to stay a few days and attend to my health. It was close to great food and tourist offices. Central to everything including the ferries. I loved the rooftop space and the views from it. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I like that you could make yourself some tea there. I'm glad this place offers single rooms as they are a lot cheaper.

My room was right next to Phra Arthit Rd so the traffic is noisy at certain times of the day.

This room was just right for solo traveler like myself for the weekend. Staffs was nice and polite. Checking in and out was smooth. Location was nice, and easy access to mini-mart, laundry services, local noodle restaurants, bars, coffee joints, etc.. Next to bus stops, and tour office, money exchange. I'd come back here next time for sure.

The rooms could use some more upgrade. They could add in some better incense to make the room smell better. (However, you get what you pay for, and for that price and location, it's such as good deal). There was some renovation done in the front desk when I was there, but not a major problem at all.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room / hotel facilities were good, especially the rooftop terrace and in-room fridge. The location is excellent. close to everything but not in the middle of the chaos and noise. The staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

No lift. The bathroom was quite small but was still very functional.

The location cant be better! The bed super comfy. The Windows are noise proof, so if they are close you dont listen to the noise from outside. The staff very nice, not much english, but wishing to help when you have questions. A cute terrace on the top. I definitly would stay there again and feel bad if they are fully booked. Maybe the room is ultra tiny, but still all the rest so great that doesnt really matters.

Small single room but fully equipped with fridge, AC, TV, toiletries and towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Oh and a terrace on the least floor open 24/7. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to leave extra luggage for a small fee. Fabulous location. A small 7/11 just around the corner. Travel agency, massage parlours, laundry and hairdressers in same little street. Very good value for money.

No lift, busy road nearby but nothing ear plugs can't fix
