Fantastic location next to Lille Europe station. Comfortable room with fridge, microwave etc. Nice breakfast. Good value for money.

Despite having booked a suite with two separate beds, the sofa hadn’t been made up as a bed and I had to request that this be done, the staff then did this quickly. Cleaning staff came into our room without knocking in the morning. Soap container in the toilet was empty and wasn’t refilled during our stay so we had to use soap from bathroom. These were all just small problems though.

Excellent location, right next to the Lille Europe train station. Check-in was very easy and quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room was much larger than we expected, and also contained a sofa, large table, microwave and fridge. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city and to the Zenith arena. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was extremely quiet. I would definitely recommend staying there when visiting Lille.

Staff (friendly for a French hotel), size of the rooms (spacious). We got 2 connecting rooms as we were travelling as a group of 5 and it was super convenient. Breakfast was ok, a little bit chaotic as the staff was struggling withe a lot of visitors during Olympic Games. Parking is just in front of the hotel under the station

Breakfast was chaotic (no clean cutlery, had to wait for food) but that’s probably because of the olympics, looks like the staff are not prepared to fully booked hotels

Very friendly staff at the reception. Great cost performance and kids friendly. There are both Bathtub and Shower booth and they are separated from the toilet. The shopping area is only 10-15 min by walk. Lille zoo is also 10 min by bus (no transfer).

Just the bed, it was too soft for me, but I can hardly find the bed I like in any hotel, so I would say it's my problem. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, available in French or English. Location was brilliant, right next to eurostar terminal. Communication before and during stay was great, bed was comfy, plenty of toiletries (including conditioner whichis unusual) and amenities in the room (coffee maker, microwave) that made the stay really easy. Family room is great value for money and had a curtain between parent and child beds which was a lovely extra touch for adults going to be later than kids! Separate toilet to shower/ bath was another thoughtful touch for a multiperson room. Downstairs had nice communal area and option to buy drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay again.

Tiny point but there were no towel rails in the toilet or bathroom which was a bit odd and meant nowhere to leave them.

Having table and chairs…don’t like sitting on the bed all night! Ideal for Eurostar the next morning…three mins walk. Well equipped bathroom with hot water. A shower and a separate bath. Large room and large tv with a couple of English channels. Quiet room in spite of being near station.

No restaurant…. However,, not far from town centre so plenty of eateries there so not really a problem. Decor a little faded, but clean.

The location right in front of Lille Europe Station makes travel to the next destination much easier. The spacious room features a kitchenette, with a separate bathroom and toilet for added convenience

There was a slight electrical issue with the kettle, making it unusable. We informed the reception, but it was only fixed on the last night of our stay, so we couldn't use the facility for the previous two nights

The size of the room great for reorganising our suitcases for the return home. Bed was large and very comfortable for us, although a little hard for my father apparently. Mini Kitchen for drinks. Sound proofing for outside (didn't hear a thing once the window was closed. Lifts working. Nice Bathroom and separate toilet. Even though my husband and I didn't have breakfast as they said it was continental, my family had it and said it was really nice. The receptionist in the morning was lovely, (even though she had just had an awful Brit being really rude and bad tempered, thanks for the reputation boost!!). We are looking at going back and spending a couple of days in Lille so would book again.

Receptionist was a little cold when we arrived, although it was after 10pm, think he had had a long day. Our rooms weren't as requested initially but in all fairness he did everything to make sure we were accommodated, so not really a dislike.

very spacious - huge table , sofa-bed and comfy bed. nice bathroom with both shower and bathtub separated. Separate toilet just next to entrance. really nice staff , much appreciated their politeness and friendliness. just located in front of the Lille Europe station - 10 to 15 min walk to the city centre - shopping centre within 2-5 min walk

just would be nice to have wine glasses as well in the room and to replace the not convenient hairdryer for a modern one - very small gym with almost no equipment except from 3 cardio machines of which one taped ( you would think that now we learned to live with the pandemic that all should be in use again ) , bending machine but no dumbbells and a water machine but no cups

Spacious and sound-proof rooms, well equipped with essentials, everything in clean and good shape. Kids stayed in a sofa bed which was actually quite comfortable and large compared to other sites.

Just a couple of "could have been better" suggestion: room temperature was probably too hot, and beds were not super-comfy. No instructions on the mini-bar to indicate whether the drinks on display were complimentary, or against a fee.
