The common property and room were very clean and maintained. The swimming pool was very clean, heated and maintained. The air-conditioning in the room worked very well. There were plenty of areas with tables, chairs and umbrellas around the swimming pool and sides of the property. The property was close to restaurants and shopping and walking distance to the beach.

The only thing I believe could use improvement is the television system. Two out of the three televisions we could not get to work at all and the third television would only work to stream old shows. We could never get live local news or live programs. Not a dealbreaker…but it would have been nice.

The property is in an excellent location. Just a short walk to the beach. We stayed in Unit 3 a two bedroom, one bath unit. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed being poolside. This unit is far enough off of Gulf Blvd that it was nice and quiet. The pool was fantastic and nicely heated. Lots of chairs and loungers to use. Robin, the property manager was very friendly and made our stay super special.

The kitchen could use a little upgrading of the silverware, pots and pans. The stuff that is there is old and tired.

Very pretty and well decorated. Our bungalow was right off the pool! The beach was a very short walk from the room.

Too much chlorine in the pool. The towels provided were so rough it felt like you were exfoliating your skin. Those two things are the only negatives about the place. Buy new towels for the guest!!!

We loved the proximity to Sunset Beach and St. John's Pass. Judi was phenomenal and always had fresh towels ready with a smile. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils and even a corkscrew. Outdoor seating areas were charming.

Although the bed was comfortable, my husband is a large man and the wood slots under the mattress creaked every time he rolled over. We left for the airport at 4:30 am and someone was parked next to our car rental with their car door open, smoking weed and drinking. Thankfully the grounds are well lit.

Everything on the entire property was immaculate!! Vicky had the room in perfect condition. Loved the beds and the pillows......snowy white, soft sheets and duvet! It is obvious that the manager Robin is proud of this place and does anything she can to make it wonderful. We could get into the heated pool with just a few steps out our door. Kitchen is very well-equipped for any cooking, and the toiletries in the bathroom were great, too!! Huge dressers with plenty of storage!!

Liked how close it was to the beach. Liked the room, very cute. Perfect for 2 people.

You could hear everything through the walls. Including dogs barking, kids crying, and adults doing adult things.

I liked that the trolley stop was only a few feet away from the bungalows. We had the handicap room that was very open and spacious.

We didn't know where we could throw our trash when our bag was full. I feel like the management could leave an information sheet where to dispose of the garbage, as there isn't maid service, which is fine, but we did run out of toilet paper. The pool was nice, but we felt like we were intruding as there were 5 rooms that surrounded the gated pool area. I feel like the flooring should have some kind of finish put on it as our feet were black if you went bare foot on it.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was great!

$100 cleaning fee was a little much. I left it as I found it so I probably won't stay again because of the fee.

Only that at night the out side lights where very bright at night was coming in windows was still bright with blinds closed. On outside of unit # 2 light facing the grill and patio area . Maybe needs some curtains to block the windows at night

There is an opening in the bathroom door in room 10 where a lock used to be. You can't lock the door and someone could see into the bathroom.
