Excellent breakfast, omelette, muesli, cereal, vegetabelle, salami, sausages, jams, coffee - 6 types, tea, juices of several types. Breakfasts 10 out of 10. Very large and spacious room (room - 213). Excellent hygiene kit for shower. Super water pressure. Clean towels. Availability of mini bar with drinks and chocolate and snacks (did not use) - 29 items. In the room kettle safe and everything necessary. Linen was clean. The room was cleaned. I did not hear any extraneous noise even once in 2 nights. Great location centre, Sofia Mall is 5 minute walk away, where there are many shops, a pharmacy, and places to eat (on the third floor). The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the metro station. I didn't like the flooring - it looked stale, but that was the customers' fault, not the hotel's. It was obvious that the visitors were sloppy ..and maybe not a very comfortable mattress )

Great breakfast selection, including a variety of cold beverages, teas and coffees. The location is excellent for the city centre, and exploring. Huge room.

The carpeting is VERY dirty and tired, as is the wallpaper, in both the corridors and rooms. The rooms could definitely use some refreshing, like new beds, redecorating etc. The air conditioning wasn't working properly.

If you read the reviews, you will be confused about what to expect from this hotel. Some guests criticize the hotel and call it old, tired and inconvenient. Others are delighted with it. The truth, in my opinion, is that you get what you pay for in a clear proportion of price to quality. This is certainly an old hotel, tired of guests and has not seen a major overhaul for a long time. Nevertheless, I gave it an "8" rating and I am ready to explain why. First of all, if you are looking for good budget accommodation in a quiet area with central Sofia - you will not find anything cheaper. A metro station is about 300 mts from the hotel and this is very convenient. Despite the tiredness, the hotel is perfectly clean, has fast Internet, and a surprisingly decent breakfast.

Apsolute reccomendation for this hotel.The best value for the money.I loved the breakfast,everything i had was tasty and it was enough to satisfy basic breakfast needs.The fresh orange juice is a big plus! Room had enough space,the toilet was clean,internet was good.The street is quiet ,yet 200 metars away is the metro station so you can get fast anywhere.Reception staff is nice,thank you,i had nice time.

I would only reccomend deep cleaning od the hotel carpets in the room and in the hallway,it will give even better appearance.And the pillows were not that comfortable,it felt like there are old and flat,and there was some constant sound from the room ventilation,but non of this bothered me when i was asleep.So this are suggestions to make this place even better.

The hotel is nearby to the centre where you can also find the metro in a 250 m distance. The breakfast was very nice for a 3* city hotel. There is also a nice patio where you can have your coffee or just sit and relax. But the best thing in this hotel is Iva. Her kindness, her sweetness, her smile. She is always there to help and support you! Thank you for making our accommodation easier!!!

The room was clean but not enough. There was dust in the furniture and in the window too. The fitter carpet was kinda dirty, was not vacuumed properly. And upon our arrival we were informed the room was not ready and we had to wait untill to be cleaned. Actually, i'm not sure if that was finally true or is just hotel's policy to offer the room you booked only at the predetermined check-in time.

Location was very good. It was near to metro station and shopping mall. We also get free parking. Breakfast was great and tasty. Hotel staff was wonderful and very friendly. Our room have minibar and big tv. We sleep very well because bed was soft and AC was great. Hotel rooms was also silent so there was no sound in night.

Only small but quite annoying things was missing shower curtain. Everytime after shower the bathroom floor was wet. We get some extra towel but I think it is more healthy to enviroment if there were shower curtain, because it would saves some towels and stop overusing towels to clean bathroom floor.

Hotel's position is perfect. 15 minutes walking to the city center. Very close to the metro station, supermarket, mall and a very good typical restaurant (suggested by the staff). The bed was quite confortable. Wifi was working good. Breakfast is well assorted and not bad at all. Personnel has been polite and kind. We have been lucky: four sunny days in November!

Our room was tolerably small, without balcony and just above the breakfast hall. Not that bad, but noisy in the early morning. In the bathroom, the shower had some leaks because of the box sliding door failing closure. Moquette on the floor has to be changed or better cleaned/restored.

Location of the hotel, large and clean rooms with good facilities in the room (including a chargeable minibar, free shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and slippers). Unfortunately, the room where we stayed had a small water leakage, but after having pointed it to the staff, we were given another room immediately. Helpful staff and a good breakfast buffet with delicious coffee options.

Rooms (including carpets) and shower cabin are old and need maintenance. Soundproofing in the rooms and bread options for breakfast could be improved.

The hotel room is huge. Toilet is clean. Bed is comfy enough. There's TV, air-conditioning, coffee and good Internet to make your stay well. Central sofia is 25mins by walk. Just outside the hotel there's a lovely canteen/resto that serves home-cooked bulgarian food and prices are cheap! The breakfast selection was nice!

We arrived a an hour early and probably just expected a smiley welcome but told check in is 2pm! Eventually told we can leave our luggages but thought it wasn't communicated well. The reception lady as nice though
