Spacious room with nice amenities. It was great having the washer/dryer in the apartment to do laundry during our trip. We loved the location and the building was very secure. Elevator made it easy to get our luggage to the apartment. A great place to stay in the heart of Florence. We easily were able to walk from the Firenze Train Station top this location and it was minutes to the Duomo. There was a very large leather market right around the corner that was amazing!

The only thing I would change is better bedding. I would have liked a flat sheet and little heavier main comforter. Other than that, the place was excellent!

I had a truly wonderful stay in this beautiful Florence apartment. Located in a stunning historical building, the space was both charming and functional. The hall and hallways were impressively spacious and beautifully decorated, creating an inviting and airy feel right from the entrance. I was really impressed by the building itself! The location was absolutely perfect to explore Florence! A short walk from the train station and 5-15 minutes to all main attractions! The apartment itself was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment has amenities like a coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. There are AC in every room and all worked perfectly. The shower had great water pressure. The large bedroom was a highlight, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind, and the cozy terrace with an access from the bedroom and from the bathroom/ laundry area was such a lovely spot! Being on the second floor, I appreciated the convenience of an elevator even though I only used it to go upstairs. The stairs were wide and not steep at all. What truly set the experience apart was the helpfulness of the management and staff. They were present in the building every day and were readily available to answer any questions. That added a warm and supportive touch to my stay. Overall, this apartment offered the perfect combination of historical charm and modern comfort. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Florence.

There’s a lot to like about this apartment! The unit we stayed in had two levels, and our kid loved having the upper loft to herself. Everything you could need on a trip was there - great shower and bathroom, comfy beds, big TV, great AC, kitchenette with a coffee maker and kettle, lots of space, washer and dryer. The style of the apartment was super cool. It was really quiet (as long as your neighbors are quiet) and a perfectly central location. Our host was also very helpful! Just beware that you have to pay an extra tax once you check in. Loved, loved this place!

This was absolutely the most stunning place we have EVER stayed. We had the large apartment that sleeps up to 8 and it honestly felt like we were in a palace. The ceilings were high and painted, the rooms were enormous, there were chandeliers, multiple rooms to hang out in, more space than I could've imagined and everything so beautifully decorated. My family was blown away. The location was exactly what I hoped for. I used to live in Florence and knew exactly which part of town I wanted to stay in. This apartment was central to everything we cared about seeing (and right by my favorite restaurant!). The staff and owner could not have been nicer. They were extremely responsive, allowed us to store our luggage, answered all our questions about the gorgeous building and even sent us information about the history of the building because we were so enamored, offered us large water bottles to take with us on the train, let all of our kids use the restroom when we picked up our luggage even though we had checked out that morning. They were incredibly accommodating, kind and respectful. This is the best place we have ever stayed on so many levels and we will absolutely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't love, everything was fantastic.

Very attractive first floor apartment with terrace and charming urban views, located a few minutes walk South of SM Novella railway station and the Duomo to the South. Great for access to the town, the airport tram, and rail connections to many other lovely cities. Had every facility I needed travelling alone but very suitable for a couple (all as described). Security excellent plus lift to first floor a joy especially leaving with a few extra huge art book purchases in my suitcase. Good WiFi. Very quiet, especially in the bedroom, a few bells at the weekend but not too early. Perfect for a single traveller or a couple.

One of the radiators in the bathroom was on a timer so getting up in the night a bit chilly however I was visiting in a cold snap in January so probably not a problem for most visitors. All other areas toasty

I had an absolutely incredible experience staying here! Chiara, the host, is beyond amazing, so helpful, kind, and friendly. We had an unfortunate accident on our way to Florence, but Chiara went above and beyond to make us feel supported. She waited for us until very late, provided assistance, and even offered medicine when we needed it most. The place itself is stunning! The structure is beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderfully comfortable bed. It exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you, Chiara, for making our stay so memorable despite the challenges we faced.

We love everything!

Exceptional attention and care from the owner and his team. The apartament was very comfortable, extremely clean, very modern yet still historical accurate, great AC during the most warm season - July- and all we needed was available. We loved the size of the apartament, great shower, a complete kitchen and brand new wash & dryer. This is our 4th time in Italy but first time in this place. We were very happy with Perfect location. We will certainly return ❤️

We liked everything about it.

The apartment was very clean and was in a very convenient and safe location. The owners were extremely responsive to all inquiries made prior to travel and also during our stay. I had difficulty scheduling a taxi to take us back to the airport for an early flight and contacted the owner late the night before we were leaving and they got right back to me with one booked. It gave us tremendous peace of mind. I hope to stay here again in the future. It was wonderful.

The perfect location was only surpassed by Francisco’s attention to every detail in the apartment. The beds were incredibly comfortable with lovely duvets and the kitchen wonderfully outfitted to make a nice breakfast before we walked the block to the duomo or the Mercato Centrale to sightsee. Of the many years of staying in rentals across the world, this rates in the top one or two for comfort and an outstanding night sleep while being centrally located.

We liked everything! The place was beautifully decorated and designed, it was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was perfect, it had washer and dryer, and was spacious. It had a very nice kitchen and large table. I wish we had stayed longer there to enjoy it more. The person in charge was very helpful, he allowed us to drop off our suitcases and use the bathroom in the building because we arrived very early to Florence and our apartment wasn’t ready and it wasn’t our check in time. He also let us use one of his umbrellas.
