The location was perfect and central to most thing in Chania

The A/C unit in the room wasn't really functioning.

We really liked the location, next to a wonderful garden, very close to restaurants and shops and a 10-minute walk from the old town of Chania. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, varied and tasty. The hotel has a very sweet dog that always greeted us, we miss her!

I woke up every day to the noise of cleaning staff in the hallway, around 7am. I think they should be more cautious in this regard. The electricity plug and bedside light were out of order and were not repaired during our stay (1 week). They were greatly missed... We were only able to park in the garage once on the day we arrived. It was always crowded when we arrived (in the late afternoon, before dinner). We went in June, it wasn't high season yet but there was still no space, the garage is quite small. We always got a place close by but we still had to do a few laps. In short, the balance was very positive, especially due to the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and location of the hotel.

Staff was not friendly whatsoever. I felt it was a huge effort for (3 reception staff members) them to muster even a fake smile. I wasn't made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside. Only spoken to with instructions..

Loved the hotel design, the lobby and breakfast area. Room was fine. Looked forward to the breakfasts as the dining room is sunny and airy, looking out to a garden patio. Staff extremely nice. Kept refilling breakfast items for late comers even a few minutes before end time.

We picked this property for its garage. Were willing to forgo staying in the historic center for ease of access and safe parking. Unfortunately, there are not enough parking spaces in the garage. It’s first come, first serve. And the spaces are very tight. So we had to find other parking a couple nights. We found a municipal garage that was good after checking Google reviews. The hotel is nice enough it’s worth selecting for that reason. Didn’t mind walking ten minutes to the heart of the historic district. Note: nearby Market building was being renovated/ rebuilt August 2023

Breakfast was great, location good, interior of hotel excellent & our large room was absolutely gorgeous.

Only few items found frustrating, but still rate this hotel very high: Their numerous entrance steps, but they do have an elevator that goes to their underground garage so you can unload your luggage & take it up in the elevator; having an underground garage in an older building is unique but unfortunately, it is also very small, only small cars & limited number of cars can park there. Although your stay includes breakfast the hotel does not have a regular restaurant so for lunch and dinner you will need to find a restaurant outside the hotel & very limited options nearby, you will need a car if you're not able to walk easily at least 15-20 minutes each way & at night.

The friendly staff greeted us with the most welcoming smile. The moment we walked in, we knew we would be taken cared well. The beautiful hotel offered free parking. Chania has so many cars any given time. It was so nice to have a parking space. The breakfast was awesome. The hotel is clean and beautiful. You can tell the staff loves the hotel too. I also love their dog.

The water pressure of the shower was weak.

Modern yet not bland décor. View on the park behind the hotel, parking, hotel cleanliness and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast choice. The rooms and hotel have everything you may need. Bonus was 'Frosso' the dog, it's so lovely to have a hotel that has a resident pet, yet well managed, not in general areas, but sometimes behind reception during quiet times. Really lovely! Very handy walking distance to old town, yet not in it so driving and parking are easy.

Be aware that the hotel underground parking is on first come first served basis. and more importantly the entrance is very very tight, so check out first and be sure of your driving/parking skills. The alternative is free on-street parking, but you may have to search a little.

All employees were very nice and helpful. The Hotel is very pretty and well decorated. The rooms are spacious enough and the balcony is very handy to dry beach clothes and towels

It would be amazing if there was a pool cause the city gets really hot in Summer. There's also a very nice terrace on the third floor that's completely unused and it could be turned into a very nice common area.

Loved the location; loved the size and loved the cleanliness. It was easy to park and get around the town of Chania. We did a ton thanks to the location.

Breakfast options were ok but after 5 days we were hoping for some variety. Staff is good but they prefer to leave you alone than try to be overly attentive. AC in the room could be more consistent
