Unmatched price for the location. Although shared, but the balcony is very nice. Private bathroom and TV for the price is a big bonus. Room service. Everything you need in a room, you have it, really.

I wish the beds would have been more comfortable. English language barrier I had with all the staff members that I spoke to was a little bit problematic. But google translate really helped out.

I was welcomed by a lovely lady who gave me a choice of rooms. The room was perfect. The environment was quiet. Nobody bothered me with anything. All I needed for my stay!

The rooms were very clean , the staff was so nice , and the location was very good because it was in the middle of center/city.

We were 5 persons and there was only 4 beds , there was not a bed for a kid.

Only place nearer to gondola is kempinsky, at about £200 a night I paid £22 a night here

Clean, warm and cozy room, equipped with everything I needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food- home cooked. Easy distance to the lift.

The location is perfect, it's in the main street. There is also a restaurant at the entrance. Towels are provided.

The staff doesn't speak English properly. Also there is NO mountain view.

Simply would not have booked this hotel & would have booked another hotel if we knew this information. Conveniently they fail to mention anywhere on the booking that the sauna hasn't been working for an extended period of time (the sauna is literally being used for storage now) & this is possibly duping others into booking a stay. When I raised this big issue with the hotel, they didn't offer to compensate me with a free breakfast or a partial refund - they just laughed. Lots of constant noise in the hallways, made sleeping anytime before midnight difficult. "Shower" is a wet room & wet it is! It's located right in the middle of the room, so your toilet & sink get covered in water when you use the shower. Minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.
