We really enjoyed our stay here with our two dogs. The staff were really lovely, and the doormen were fantastic helping with our bags and dogs and a nice chat all the time (the doormen are a credit to this hotel!). The rooms are spacious, tidy and equipped with all the things you could need for a longer stay with a full kitchen and washing/dryer as well! We did enjoy having a cold beer in the rooftop pool with the dogs tied up in the shade close by. The location is really great and close by to Sukhumvit Rd, and there's a good department store across the road for all those essentials 👍

Maybe access to the pool could be a bit clearer, but theres nothing we didnt really like about staying here. It was great

Nice Hôtel in a great area in Townsville very close to shopping and places to eat, easy walk into the city via the Bridge we would recommend . Taxi to Casino was about $10-$15.

Car Parking was on a first in gets the -park basis, so they tell you when you look on the website, car park available, but on further investigation when i sent a message they said not guaranteed for each unit...if no car park available because its busy, you have to park on the street, so this was the down side for us especially with the crime in Townsville.

A good-sized room with a comfortable bed, a private balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The location was close to the main city area, and numerous restaurants were available on the street.

Although clean, the cleaning product used on hard surfaces leaves a residue that traps dirt, making the bathroom floor appear dirty and feel greasy. There is a fair bit of traffic noise.

Location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Premises were very clean and the corner room had a great view of the river and new stadium.

The parking was crowded and we reversed into an air conditioner stand that wasn't covered and damaged the boot, which will cost over a $1000.00 to repair. Not happy about that at all. The stand was above the height of the car sensors so it didn't pick up the bar.

The staff were courteous and efficient.

Looking for a carpark in the underground carpark after a big day away is not a joy! Before staying at this location, I would advise people to ask about the certainty of a carpark! There are two levels of carparking, however, if a big event on at the stadium then there might not be a carpark when you get back to hotel at night. You then have to park out on the road and in our case, it was a rental car.

Location was excellent. Park the car & so many restaurants at your door, no need to drive anywhere. Very clean & bed was very comfortable

The bathroom was raised a small amount from the rest of the apartment floor but the tiling was all the same so you don’t notice the little lip & my wife tripped, luckily she was able to stop myself falling to the floor but she was thrown against the door handle & door ripping her skin & leaving a huge bruise. I would suggest a “watch your step” safety signage at the very least. Reception was kind enough to give her a band aid but didn’t seem overly concerned when we told them what happened. The girl at the desk also initially gave us the wrong room key & we went into what was someone else’s room!

When we returned to the room late in the afternoon, there was a card left on our beds to say they couldn't service the room ie: make our beds as there was personal items on the bed. The personal items where a pair of winter pj's. I think we should have been notified that they wouldn't make the bed if there was anything on the bed.

Great location with restaurants and bars close by in Palmer Street and Flinders St East. Overlooked the stadium and could walk easily around the area. Room was spacious and clean, very comfortable bed. Very handy having a hairdresser downstairs as we were attending a wedding and got our hair done without having to leave the building.

Maybe some more toilet paper in the bathroom (but we got one easily from reception). We had to turn off the aircon if we wanted to sit outside as the outlets were on the balcony and were noisy.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy with comfortable bed. The location was excellent and was within walking distance to restaurants/clubs. The view from balcony overlooking the river was great.

The balcony was nice; however, the design wasn't the best with the air conditioner. We moved our table to the bigger part of balcony; however, it was uncomfortable due to the air conditioner blowing on us. Maybe a screen around the air conditioner would be better?

Great location, staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are great size, but beds need an upgrade, toppers past their useby dates, in my opinion, and the bathroom need modernising. Over shower baths with a glass panel must not only be a challenge for staff to clean but definitely one to get in and out of!! Bed and bathroom is reason for star rating.
