The view from the room was amazing , it made me feel like I'm living in a French movie and the shower was great , we got to the hottel after a very long day and that shower hit all the right spots . Also the staff was very friendly and accommodating, also I would live to apologize to the receptionist that I was mean to on my arrival. Despite my attitude, he was extremely professional and friendly.

Staff are amazing, very professional, very pleasant and considerate particularly Heghnar Julhakyan in the reception whose manner and attitude were exceptional. She made our stay very pleasant. Also the staff in the bar and in the restaurant in breakfast time they are amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is brilliant. We will certainly come back. Thanks very much.

Nothing

Loved the breakfast. Not normally a fan of a buffet but the options were great and very tasty. Staff everywhere are friendly and super helpful. Nice atmosphere and a brilliant central location just a short walk from the Cascades.

Minor gripe. The music played in the public spaces is the WORST - terrible jazz/lounge elevator music that doesn't suit the environment at all. Armenian music or a Spotify playlist would be way better. It's particularly loud and annoying in the 11th floor dining room at breakfast.

Nice hotel, great location - would definitely recommend.

The only thing we did not like is the fact that the walls are very thin, and on the other night there was a group of men who were extremely load and therefore we were not able to have a proper sleep. This is something that the hotel staff should look out for and ensure that other guest and hotel staff respects the evening hours.

The breakfast was adequate rather than extravagant. Varied food with a large selection of fruits. The hotel is 'funtional' as opposed to being a 'resort'. The location of the hotel cannot be faulted, in the centre of the city and right on the pedestrianised area. While the rooms provide large windows, only the junior suites provide a 180 degree view of the city. Wonderful.

There is very little not to like about the hotel.

Luxurious ,super clean , great location , delicious food ,super professional staff l would love to thank Ani , vanetta F&B Louisine , Heghnar front office , Hunan , Gurgen F&B , finally the lady from Housekeeping who put my flowers in a vase without me even asking!!!! Thank you all ! You made my stay soooo special! I will come back definitely 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Absolutely nothing

That was awesome. The location is in the best part of the town . The atmosphere is amazing.

Every things were extremely good. The staff are polite and nice. The room was quiet. The cleaning staff was very friendly . The room was clean .

Great hotel in a top location, in the middle of everything. The staff is very professional and they speak great English. I asked for ice several times and was brought right away. The bed and bedlinen were top quality. Worth booking a junior suit, amazing views. I left a bracelet by accident and they notified me right away and offered to send it. Would happily stay again

there was plenty of lights but two of them had broken light bulbs, but did not bother me so I did not mentioned it
