The location suits us personally being close to family. The immediate neighborhood is great with so many little cafes and restaurants, supermarket, etc. The hotel has parking you can reserve at a reasonable price (for London). This is our 4th time staying at Best Western chiswick, so it clearly is a place we would come again.

The rooms are on the small side, but typical for London at any reasonable budget. We would prefer if bottled water was provided in the rooms.

This was my first time in that part of London and I loved the neighborhood of Chiswick. Hotel is close to Turnham Green and Stamford bridge stations so very convenient. The hotel itself is super comfortable with tea and coffee in the room. WE found it an excellent place to stay, reasonably priced with lots of amazing cafes and restaurants nearby. You also have Sainsbury's right across the street. Chiswick cheese market on Sunday was an added bonus. We did not have breakfast but it is available if you want it.

The double bed was a bit narrow and you cannot adjust the aircon which is set permanently on 19C the buttons to adjust temperature are taped over. I suppose this is to stop people breaking it.

The hotel is close to Turnm Green Station (7-8 minutes away) and High Rode is a convenient bus route. There are many nice restaurants, supermarkets, clothes shops and other shops in High Rode. There are many guests with children for dinner, and it was a pleasant town with a middle-class atmosphere. In the morning, High Rode is full of children going to and from school, and it was safe and fun to explore the town.

There was no explanation about whether we could use the coffee machine in the lobby. It's mean of them to tell us when we're checking out.

We were upgraded to a studio room in a separate building. Nice to have a larger space with kitchenette and washer-dryer even if we didn't use it. Very quiet. Didn't breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant had lots of windows and looked cosy.

Extra towel hooks/rack in the bathroom. Some dark stains on the carpet detracted from the cosy vibe of the room. Unable to use key to enter the building from street entrance so used side entrance. Building was the last in the row and had an unpleasant smokers' smell in the hallways. The building next to it smelt much nicer and looked recently renovated.

Everything was wonderful! This hotel is fantastic! The bedroom was lovely, perfectly clean, the bathroom was beautifully decorated, with all we needed, including good quality shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. The breakfast was excellent! For two days, I had an omelette which was delicious! The croissant was like the ones we eat in France! The service was superb and I will not have enough words to describe how kind and responsive the staff was, in special a lovely young lady with dark hair that was every morning serving our table. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk to the tube station, and near several cafes and restaurants, however the road was quiet after 7pm, which was ideal. Next time we are in London, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Close to District tube line which is a convenient line that goes to main attractions like Big Ben, house of parliament etc. Eating options and a supermarket within walking distance. Fantastic staff. We arrived in the morning before our check in time and wasn’t expecting to the room to be ready and just wanted to drop off our luggage, but the kind front desk staff Mr Soren got a room ready for us, and that too a bigger room! Once in the room I noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, but didn’t make a big deal of it. To my pleasant surprise, the next day after returning to the room, it was renewed. The cleaning staff must have reported it and got maintenance to renew it. That’s really a sign of great culture among the staff who all take accountability. Love it.

Room didn’t have a fridge or iron and ironing board (there was a common ironing room), but not a show stopper for me

Chiswick is the perfect location for catching up with family members in the area. The property is clean and well presented and has parking

Clearly a lot of time and effort has gone into developing the property, however, there is a risk of loosing the attention to detail. A little black mould around the shower, curtains detached from the rail for a couple of hooks, a few chips to the furniture. Not issues that cannot be fixed easily nor would they prevent us from booking again The mattresses are a little hard and would benefit from a topper and softer pillows would be nice

The communication with the hotel over parking was great prior to arrival. The room was spacious, clean, quiet (bearing in mind proximity to Chiswick High Street, Great reasonably priced parking (for London). Warm welcome upon arrival. Handy for Turnham Green Tube station. We were initially offered a room in the basement but having seen the very small windows from the park, didn't really fancy that, so reception upgraded us to a lager family room on the ground floor that was excellent. Lots of local dining options. If you like Tapas, visit Avanti a short stroll away.

Great location, stylish layout, lift, on-site parking, cosy beds, aircon system, excellent power shower, lovely breakfast, small garden area with outside seating, flexible staff always happy to help and accommodate guests’ needs. All staff are friendly and helpful. On-site maintenance man keeps things running smoothly. Housekeeping are great too. Attentive, polite and efficient. Can do earlier check-in if the room is available.

They don’t offer lunch or dinner so you have to head out. Great for short stays.
