The staff were lovely , friendly and so so helpful and kind . The resident cat was the most adorable little thing ever . The mattress was very comfortable, and our room was clean . Despite the hotel being located in a central and busy part of the city , we heard little outside noise . I wouldn’t let pervious reviews put you off as I was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how comfortable and nice our room and modern bathroom with a rain shower and handheld shower , both perfect , this is due to new and current renovations going on within the hotel . Mo one of our hosts was always accounting , friendly and made us feel welcome the entire time , and even on departure . We hope to come back again soon

Our only issue was the bed sheets and blankets . Despite our bed being a double bed , our bed was made up of 2 single blankets instead of a double , and our mattress was covered with two non fitted single sheets . The sheets caused as issue as slight movements meant they moved and we had to fix it frequently to avoid laying on a bare mattress . My only suggestion would be a suitable duvet for the bed and a fitted sheet .

hello. The price-quality ratio of this hotel is excellent, for the price we got everything we needed. The staff was super, especially the three men, who were always happy to pour us hot water and were very positive and sociable. We got a free upgrade as a gift and so we had our own bathroom, toilet and shower, as well as electrical outlets that we were worried about. Thank you for the price. the location is also super, in the most touristic place, 20 minutes to the train station. Bonus : free drinks.

unfortunately, I would like to have electrical outlets at easier disposal, it is not available to all guests, as well as the cleanliness of average quality, towels were changed every day, but still the red light district makes itself felt.

Staff (especially at reception) were very friendly and nice, great location if you want a quiet place to rest yet right in the center of the town, close to good restaurants and right next to all the touristy places in the city. The hotel seemed to just got renovated which was nice, the room was spacious enough and clean. Great stay and luckily it was cheap compared to equivalent hotels. I recommend ! :)

The location is amazing, the staff is very friendly, and a lot of police petrolling in the area made it very safe as well. I took the 4 sharing room between 3 people and the room was spacious and we could have easily fit a 4th member if we had another friend.

Shared washrooms had a smell. (It is understandable tbf cannot blame the hotel for that, it's a given for shared washrooms that you sign up for to get cheaper alternatives)

For those who wanted to explore the city of amsterdam, this place is ideal. I stayed for 2 nights with my daughter and we just do a lot of walking since its already in the central, most attractions are just close to the area. Our room dont have a toilet which is fine because the toilet and shower is just beside our room. The personal are so friendly and nice, they also have a cat which we like because we are cat lovers😊.

The hotel don't have lift so if you have a heavy luggage it will be hard to bring up stairs.

Very central, only a 10 min walk from main station. Nice room and bathroom. Very clean, room had everything. Great staff and free tea and coffee at reception.

Stairs very inclined however we found this to be common in Amsterdam. Not an issue for us but worth considering if you have accessibility issues

Location was perfect straight in the hub and centre of it all - really good! The check inn experience and staff - amazing - really kind and helpful The cat in the lobby was just bonus- amazing :) Room was modern and clean - bed very comfortable - ideal!! Everything is narrow and with very steep small stairs (No lift). There are shared communal bathroom and toilets! I was on the top of the building and for toilet and shower I have to walked to the lower grounds so its kind of awkward but I guess quite normal for Amsterdam. The room was was to expensive but I really enjoy it :)

Staff are very kind, nice comfy bed ,and was warm too is great for cold night As I came from other country and stay there for short time I did felt welcome. Location is in great spot i, very quite and was not noise thru the night ,

Unfinished work , it need what add more Finnish up the work that needs to be fixed, example the toilets roll holder need fixed , if possible it need what update, like to see extra treat like snack or cold water bottles for drinks ect

The staff were amazing friendly helpful and the room was spotless so peaceful considering we were in the middle of everything

Perfect location, 5 minutes from the Amsterdam Central station. The staff is very kind and always ready to help.

The bad internet connection in the 4 th floor, in the room. On the stairs it was perfect. The mold on the windows, it can be dangerous.
