A nice hotel in a more residential neighborhood. We had a spacious downstairs room with as an extra bonus a little kitchen. The garden and breakfast area is very nice and it feels like a little get away from the busy city. The staff is very friendly.

The breakfast was so so. It took quite some preparation time, so if you are in a rush to head into town it is best to skip. If you are with a family it gets quite expensive for the little breakfast you get (toast/coffee/some small pastries and yogurt). I recommend to have breakfast close by in one of the bars and restaurants. You save money and time.

This is such a gorgeous hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. Pool area was gorgeous. Staff were amazing and saw to our every need. It’s a 15 min walk to the metro where you can access the centre of Rome. Loads of places to eat in the area. It residential so it’s super quiet and safe. Would 100% stay there again.

Breakfast could have been better, maybe a few more options. Some of the plug fixtures were coming off. All minor things that would stop me staying there though.

The hotel is in a well-connected location – there are many bus lines nearby that conveniently and quickly take you to the main landmarks in Rome. Thanks to this, even though Palm Gallery Hotel offers peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, you can easily reach the city center in no time. The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day, which made us feel well taken care of and comfortable. We also loved the pool at the rooftop.

The staffs are genuinely nice, Temi, Daniel, Lorenzo and the housekeeping are all so polite. Our room was pool view and lots of green plants view was really nice. Bed was big and room was big as well, the aircon works really well (the weather was toooo HOT!) theres a mini fridge and safe box. The pool area was very nice and quiet and my son enjoyed the pool so much. It was too hot did not realized i will make use of the pool as well. The location is not very near the centre but we dont mind taking a bus. We paid €24 for an uber from hotel to the Vatican museum. I went to st.peter basilica i just took a bus.

the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. was very familiar! The hotel was outside of the city but was easily accessible by bus (about a 5-7 minute walk to the bus stop) There were two restaurants right next to the hotel. Room had everything you needed. :-)

unfortunately the breakfast pictures did not match the breakfast itself. But the breakfast was ok, based on the photos you expected something different! but the service was great again! super friendly and tried to do the best! Unfortunately the whirlpool was dirty and unusable

The staff here are so wonderful! I arrived before check-in time and they were able to provide my room early, give local dining recommendations and point out public transport links. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff here - shout out to Daniel, Temi, Nure and Alisher for making my weekend memorable! The hotel is a really beautiful early 20th-century villa with outdoor pool and jacuzzi, and engulfed in greenery. Rooms are clean and large with incredible views and even kitchen facilities! It's situated close enough to the city centre to walk or take a short bus trip to see the sights, but far enough to escape the crowds of tourism.

This is a gem of a hotel if you don't want to be in the hustle, bustle and noise of the centre city. I like walking, so was happy to walk the 35mins to the Spanish Steps, Colosseum etc. The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. It feels like you are staying in a shared home, not a hotel. There are many little nooks to relax in and the rooftop pool area is a peaceful place to relax. Huge room.

A very nice hotel located just outside the city center with a few (clean!) rooms. Fantastic service (in fluent English) and a beautiful roof terrace with a pool including completely shaded loungers contributed a lot to relaxation - a city trip (at 33 degrees) with such retreats is of course a dream. An absolute recommendation to anyone traveling to Rome for pilgrimage or city life. We would probably have had great local transport connections, but we used the route to the city center (Pantheon about 40 minutes at a German walking pace) to have breakfast in peace in local cafés - protected from mass tourism.

We are simple cultural tourists who don't actually have much need for sleeping accommodation. If there were suggestions for improvement, I would have to mention the size of the room in a subordinate clause - carefully and quietly.

The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight but we received a very warm welcome and a very cold beer on our arrival😃

Our room was very small and the breakfast was poor. Breakfast was better and cheaper just a 2 minute walk down the street.

It was close to the embassy I needed to go to so for me the location was perfect even if it's out of the centre. The location is also super quiet and peaceful and in a lovely neighborhood. The rooms are lovely, the style is unique but tasteful. I loved having a pool because I was there in July. The staff were friendly. I got a complimentary drink on arrival.
