It was calming,cosy and comfortable. Loved the Canal View and extra complimentary touches-sound bar/table vase/information books/bathroom products/washing up liquid etc. Liked how the studio apartment was set out-quality furniture. Easy walk to city/bus/train-great location. Easy check in/out and prompt reply to any queries. A very relaxing stay and would definitely stay again.

Could have done with instructions for washing machine-was on for hours! There is a gap under the door to the room and light from the landing shone through-I wear an eye mask so didn’t cause any problems and the floor we were on was quiet so had no further issues.

It was spacious and clean in a great location.

The communication from property was a bit slow. When we booked we were told we would get an email a few days before arrival date but we still hadn’t heard from them On the morning of arrival even though I sent them a message a day before asking for an earlier check in and explaining we had no communication from them. We ended up having to phone a number for help when we arrived in Bristol. It was explained that as we used booking. Com they wouldn’t contact us till a payment went through. They did get back to me quickly after the phone call but it would have been good to have been told that from day one to elevate any confusion.

Location was great near lots of cafes , shops . Very roomy apartment and very clean . Adrian was the manager and extremely responsive , attentive and helpful. Lovely view and quiet enough even though lots happening below on the street. Bathroom large with great bath. Beautiful old building restored . Bed was very comfortable.

The lift is small but big enough for one person and bags or two people. However it does the job. Parking is tricky but did not affect us as we walked and used uber. Easy drop off out the front of apartment. Could do with coffee making appliance but lots of nearby places to buy coffee.

Loved the location and having all the hustle and bustle on the doorstep. Very clean and the customer service (Ricky) was excellent. This is the first time I’ve stayed somewhere alone and I felt very safe.

Nothing. I was at the front so was noisy (Saturday night) - it didn’t affect me as I’m used to it normally but if you’re looking for a quieter room I’d request a ‘back’ room. I had a water view so swings and roundabouts!

Apartment was fantastically clean and amazingly quiet; location was brilliant, lots of cafes and bars as well as close to central sites. Apartment (10) was huge, warm and well equipped. WiFi strong.

The parking we were advised of was closed (permanently) and only 1 hour, no return,parking in the day time available. Pressure in shower 6pm and 8am was very very low - and at 6pm could not get hot water from shower. As shower had it's own megaflow we thought this was a bit strange. Also lights flickered when fridge motor came on.

Excellent customer service provided especially by Kate and Adrian whom we communicated with. Kate for taking a serious effort to resolve the reservation issues we had faced with Booking.com. Adrian for his exceptional efficiency and quick response to the problems we faced with the facilities. Thank you!

Would have liked a grab bar in the shower area for safety reasons and a movable shower head. Stained toilet bowl is a blemish to an otherwise clean and new interior decor.

Fantastic location close to everything but still lovely and quiet. Adrian the manager came out to meet us and was really nice. My stepson has just moved to Bristol so we will definitely be back

Teeny tiny things - could do with some kitchen roll and the toilet roll holder was loose on the wall

A spacious and well-equipped apartment with a great view of the river. The location was great for restaurants, bars and sightseeing but was also quiet. We really appreciated being able to check in early.

The bathroom was clean but there was a bit of a bad smell from. the drains.

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to st nic market n bus station. Flat faces the river. Nice view. Thermostat works well. Clean apartment. Everything needed in a homely stay was provided. Best of all is the dryer washer. Like a 5 star apartment!

There's no shower hose that could be handheld. But not an issue at all. The toilet was warm and comfortable.

I liked everything, well located and easy access to everything, super market, pharmacy, restaurants, cafeteria, tourist attractions etc... great accommodation... excellent 👍.. thank you..!

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to change apartments, because it wasn't available but the same as it was .. . But I have nothing to complain about the host
