From the outside it might not look like much but the actual rooms are spacious, with a separate bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Both kitchen and bathroom seem recently refurbished and are clean and modern. The bedroom is nice with a high ceiling to the roof and comfy beds. A dedicated car spot is right in front of The room, freeing you from the headache of finding a location to park your car. The motel is literally at the beachfront. Just cross the road and walk towards the beach and sea. All shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

There is honestly nothing we would complaint about. It is a really nice motel.

My partner and I stayed at Beachfront Motel for the second year in a row. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and super close to the shops without being loud or busy. The room is cosy with great lighting and a large tv with streaming platforms. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, though a tea towel may be helpful to bring. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, quickly sorting out any minor issues.

Booked a 2 night stay and was pleasantly surprised by the space and layout of the room. Beds on separate sides of the room. Well resourced kitchen with table and chairs as well as comfortable chairs in the main room. Bathroom was new and well laid out with a terrific rainfall shower. The owners were pleasant and helpful. It was a very short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants and across the road from the beach.

We liked being right across the road from the ocean. We also liked having a small space that had a sink, small table, microwave, refrigerator, silverware and dishes to eat on in it. The bathroom was a nice space.

We had to call someone to get access to our room when checking in and had to deal with using an international phone number and rates for the call even though we arrived during most motels normal business hours. Not a huge deal but an inconvenience.

since our group was arriving at the property late and we left to explore the otways very early on both mornings that we were there, we were able to arrange for a late check in without meeting the staff all throughout the stay. it was fuss-free and painless. the property is also new and everything was spick and span, parking was more than adequate per room and it is located just a stone's throw away from the tourist information centre, a petrol kiosk and tons of eateries.

This is a perfect location for a 2 or 3-night stay in Apollo Bay if you are exploring the Great Ocean Road. Very close to the street with the restaurants and shops and also directly to the beach. The room is basic but spacy with an ensuite bathroom and a small separate kitchen. Everything was very clean. Check-in and check-out were short and smooth.

The location is on the beach front and only 100 metres to cafes shops hotels. We love that you can walk everywhere . The rooms have recently been painted, the beds are comfy and you have free parking at your door

The exhaust fan in the bathroom and kitchen were very dirty. Also the fly screens on the bathroom and kitchen windows were dusty and dirty. Inside the kettle the bottom was slimy and I don’t think it had ever been cleaned

This property was perfect for us travelling as a group of 3. Whilst it wasn't a specifically accessible room there was loads of circulation space in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The was level access to get into the room. Its location was brilliant to get to the Main Street with lots of restaurants to have dinner and breakfast.

Great handy location with supermarket just around the corner. Directly across the road from the sea. Liked the 1970s style unit which is light and spacious. Clean bathroom and nice fresh bed linen. Loved having the wide shelf to place luggage.

The decor was pleasant but could be improved - for example more colourful bedcovers.

The closeness to all the shops and facilities in town it was nice and quiet it was very modern and we loved the little kitchen with microwave..the parking is under cover and spacious..lastly the staff were very helpful as we'd forgotten a phone charger and they loaned us one without a problem..we really enjoyed our stay even if it was only 1 night
