It was close to the center, and was great for the tram, as there was a stop to take you about 200m away. Room is big and kitchen facilities are well equipped.

It was quite cold, windows were not properly insulated, and no curtains to block the cold. Elevator needs both doors closed, and if some inconsiderate person leaves a door open, you have to take the stairs to close the other door. Otherwise was quite good!

Spacious studio, great location (close to cafes, restaurants and supermarket).

It was not disgusting or anything but could be cleaner. Customer service took a while to send me the invoice but solved it quickly once I insisted.

The apartment was good, with lots of light, fairly clean, and the location was good. Furniture was fine.

The check-in is cumbersome. They waited until the last moment to send me the address. Also, if you look online, there are two buildings, so you have to wait to see where to drop your bag if you arrive earlier. The people from customer service were helpful, but they were also confused about what building I should stay. If your check-in is at 16:00 (which is late given that your check-out is five hours earlier), they should be more helpful for people arriving earlier. If you travel internationally, for instance, it is not that you can plan to come exactly at 16:00. Additionally, not having people at the place seems cheap and not the best option for a good customer experience. Oh, and guys, please remove the dirty rug. It is unnecessary.

The location was immaculate with easy access to pretty much what we had wanted to access to. The unit was compact and generally comfortable.

The bed was probably used by Moses as it kept on separating into two like the Red Sea in Bible. We would wholeheartedly suggest that the two single beds attached to each other pretending to be a Queen size bed be either connected firmly or be replaced by a genuine Queen size bed.

It was super close to a shared bike station as well as the tram stop. Nice apartment, well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, toaster...). There was a sauna in the building (open only certain days, women/men shifts). The door lock had a code, so we didn't have to carry keys. Big living room, with quite comfortable couch, small TV with Finnish and English channels (no hdmi). We had here amazing stay <3

There was an automatic light (motion sensor) that kept turning on at night... very annoying. The extractor hood wasn't working. We didn't figure out how to regulate the temperature / how to turn off the heater in the bathroom.

The location was well served by public transport. The tram stop to the city, the port areas and the train station is nearby. Overall, the apartment was clean. It was probably larger than similar apartments in Helsinki.

The balcony had not been cleaned for some time. The balcony floor still needs attention. The kitchen utensils were inadequate. The electric sockets were difficult to use in the kitchen.

It was nice and clean, comfortable to stay longer.

It was still pricy for a longer stay, the dish washer is old so very load when on, also long programmes. If you want to stay for work - it is really annoying that it's only a bar chairs at the desk, can't work long from home on that. It was also 2 chairs in the pictures of the flat, but it was only 1 in the apartment. No comfortable electricity plugs near the bed, no place to charge your phone near the bed.

Location is pretty central with supermarkets nearby. It was very warm, beds are nice and comfy

The key code didn't work so I had to ring Forenom and none of the key codes they asked me to try did not work. I had to hang around outside until the set up a new key code and I eventually was able to access the apartment. They told me they had a new system but the key code was 6 digits rather than the 4 digit one I had been sent. I stayed here last year, but this time the bathroom light did not work - fixed the next day, nor did the TV remote which was not fixed during my stay

very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. a 7 minute walk from the centre of Helsinki

The pillows were very small and soft. Slight confusion on arrival trying to find our apartment. We didn't realise there was more than one block of apartments, so we ended up on the wrong floor.

The location is amazing - directly at Kamppi, next to the shopping centres, venues and close to all different grocery shops. You have the tram + coach station close by, same with popular bars and anything else you need. Reaching popular destinations like the Cathedral takes less than 20 minutes of walking. Additionally, the apartments have everything they need + are clean and easy accessible once the information has been provided.
