The staff. From Reception to Cleaning. Such lovely people and service!

Although the room was for 3 people, it was a little small but still very nice. There was also no gym. Having said this, the front staff offered help with finding a gym as well as a hairdresser!

This hotel is exceptional, and one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for exploring Hanoi. The breakfast is delicious too. But what really makes the hotel special are the people who work here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. From the moment you first walk in, you are greeted and given tea, fruit, and warm hand towels while you check in. At breakfast, there is always someone checking in to make sure you have enough coffee or tea. Each time we walked through the lobby, we said hello or stopped to have a nice conversation with someone. We also got amazing restaurant recommendations! The employees here really think of everything and make you feel so taken care of. We’d like to especially thank Jennie and Mr. Tam! We hope to come back someday.

Superb location, extremely convenient and you can walk to anywhere. Professional, helpful and warm reception from the staff. Orientation on where to eat and shop were useful and the recommendations on food was spot on. Bed was comfy and the breakfast spread was a delightful surprise. Shout out to Steve for going the extra mile. We were very lucky to have him on arrival and departure. On departure, Steve helped us called a Grab. The roads were closed and the Grab was unable to reach us. Steve offered to walk us out to meet the Grab.

The shower aren’t great but acceptable.

This is an excellent place to stay in HaNoi. The location is excellent, the staff extremely friendly and helpful special Jennie and Julia at the front desk and Trang in the restaurant. Always there with a smile and an answer to our numerous questions. Very clean, well appointed and the housekeeping staff very responsive and prompt. Would definitely stay here when visiting HaNoi again

This hotel was in a fantastic location, on a quieter street with great bars and cafes. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and found this convenience a great benefit. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great! The best thing about his hotel was the staff. They were so kind and helpful. We appreciated Steve's care and attention that above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

What makes the stay here is the staff. Yes, the location is fantastic—it's one block away from Hoan Kiem Lake. Yes, the bed is comfortable (even if the room is a bit dated). Yes the breakfast selection was plenty enough for a hotel of this size. (How can buffet pho be thst good?) But what really stuck with me is the service. Check in was done personally at the seats. Reception was happy to address my questions. They went out of their way to get me on a tour the next morning even when I asked at midnight. They took care of my luggage and refrigirated goods when I checked out and went for a day tour; they even offered to let me shower when I came back in the evening even if I've already checked out. I'd like to remember and thank them all by name but I forget. Nonetheless, a big kudos to the team.

The facility is a bit dated and it does show in the guestroom. But that's OK because it didn't offset my comfort.

We used Scent Premium as a base. This was our first hotel in Hanoi, and we returned here after the loop, after Sapa and again when we returned from a cruise on Halong Bay. The service was outstanding! The employees go above and beyond to make each stay perfect. We had the opportunity to try 4 different rooms. The smaller room was a bit too small, but the others were great. The breakfast was also exceptional with both local and European options. Flora, at reception, was outstanding!

Nothing really, apart from a smaller room we had for 1 night as they didn't have anything else available. However they compensated us with a huge room when we returned.

What I love the most was the staff. ALL STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND NICE. very accommodating and goes above and beyond for their guests. I want to mention Steve, he assisted us really well and very understanding and recommends tips for us first time tourists in Hanoi 🙏🏻. The place is perfect because it's near night market but the only downside is that when the night market starts, the roads are closed and you cannot grab car from the hotel and have to walk a really short distance to the main road, but it's not a deal breaker. We got the family room, very spacious and so clean, the bathroom is spacious as well. Good choice for a family of 4. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, it's not as cheap as the other boutique hotels of course but you'll for sure get your money's worth.

The spa needs a little improvement but again, not a deal breaker.

From the booking request granted from Ms. Jenny (reservations) to the warmest welcome we received from Ms. Flora (receptionist), to our daily breakfast with Ms. Trang (server) who is very attentive and sweet and the final checkout with Mr. Steve (concierge) who exceeded our expectations and gave us breakfast for our way to the airport since we checked out 3AM.❤️ You truly are the reason our stay was wonderful next is the comfortable bed then delicious meals. Thank you for the warm welcome Vietnamese give to foreigners. No racism was felt even if you’re Asian or Western. Thank you for embracing us with your very good service. See you again on September!

The breakfast was good with a wide spread. The Staff, especially the lady who was probably the incharge at the breakfast was exceptional, she served us with a smiling face and took care of each and every need during the breakfast. Never forgetting to go to each table and check whether they need anything as the buffet was about to close... absolutely fantastic staff. Also a special mention about the staff at the reception, each and every one of them as we are their close friends... some one walking us down to the taxi waiting at the main road, as the Grab guy could not enter the no entry area, booking out taxis, someone taking us on his bike to buy buns at King Roti as it was one way and the cab will find it difficult for take us there, the arrangements made to decorate the room and arranging the cake etc for my daughter's 20th Birthday.... every thing made our stay at your hotel really special. Thanks a lot for everything... please keep up the great work.

The rooms could have some more lights.... and moist certainly a few electrical power points... we struggled to charge our phones etc
