I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tredara Bed and Breakfast in Truro, Cornwall, and I cannot praise it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The rooms at Tredara are beautifully appointed, combining stylish decor with utmost comfort. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the delightful touches that created a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular! The hosts prepared a varied and delicious spread that catered to every palate. Fresh local ingredients were served alongside an array of pastries, fruits, and cereals. It truly set me up for a day of exploring Cornwall. Speaking of the hosts, they were absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable, offering great suggestions for local attractions and dining options. In summary, Tredara Bed and Breakfast is a gem in Truro, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, inviting, and memorable stay in Cornwall. - warm welcome from Dave & Antonia - easy to find - parking (although I travelled by train) - very clean and fresh throughout - extremely comfortable bed with great mattress, pillows, duvet etc. (I am fussy!) - great shower - quality TV - very quiet - cereals/pastries/fresh fruit/yoghurt/fresh fruit delivered in a basket at the requested time for breakfast - everything you could need provided in the room

Nothing! I would just put bin liners in the two little bins to save having to clean the bins out each time!

This was a wonderful little B&B. A home away from home, Dave and Antonia were great hosts. They prepared the room with care and paid attention to numerous details. The basket of goodies served for our continental breakfast was beautiful and lovingly planned and delivered promptly with ice-cold milk and hot pastries. Would highly recommend and look forward to a longer visit in the future (and the 10 point turn to get out of the carpark)

A friendly greeting from owner who then served us a cream tea. Lovely clean bedroom and bathroom. Full tray of tea/coffee/hot choc and biscuits which were replenished daily. Extremely comfortable bed. Exceptional breakfast - a highlight of our stay which we looked forward to each morning at a time to suit us. Host was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

We needed accommodation for our adult son who decided last minute to accompany us to visit family in Truro. He reported very welcoming hosts, clean, comfortable and an excellent location, short walk into Truro centre. Breakfast was super fresh and tasty. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Nothing not to like.

Breakfast was perfect. Beautifully presented. Wish we could have the same bed at home. It was extremely comfortable. Felt really 'cuddled' by the bedding. Absolutely spotless. Lovely host. Highly recommended.

As an observation and not a criticism, we struggled getting the car out of driveway. If you have a normal sized car and not a truck it wouldn't have been an issue.

Such a quiet and peaceful room. The welcome was warm and it was brilliant to have my own bathroom and TV. The scone, cream and clotted jam on arrival was such a thoughtful touch and I really enjoyed it! Well located near the town centre too.

The bed was a wee bit too soft for me - just personal preference!

Warm and friendly owners. A lovely room, well equipped. Breakfast left outside our room at the appointed time. Had a nice chat before we left. Would highly recommend.

For me the mattress was to soft. I have a bad back (which I didn't mention) so the fault is mine.

The breakfast was served in a lovely basket lined with white linen. 2 pieces of fresh fruit, fresh fruit salad, muesli and cereals. Orange juice , jams with two french pastries. It was absolutely original and delightful. Antonia is an excellent hostess and very kind .

We loved the personal touches. It felt really comfy, a home from home as soon as we walked in. A plate of scones and crème helped! Everything was spotless and well thought through. The breakfast delivered at our requested time was beautifully presented, a delight. Would recommend 100%.
