The hotel location is excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room we choose is big and comfortable and as it was in the back it was quiet as you did not hear all the people drinking in the bars at the front. Only negative things for me: 1) room decoration was not great others were more artistic this only had graffiti signs around the walls and looked more like vandalised rather than artistic although we didn't care much as we mostly used to sleep at night and shower but may be bit off putting for some 2) shower was not great it was one of those handheld ones and quite thin rather than circular although still do the job and had good pressure and hot water . Also not a negative for us but you need be aware the shower/bath is visible from the room

Friendly small hotel with its own restaurant and bar located close to the centre and other restaurants. Quirky rooms. Good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

While the room had quirky character and was comfortable, there was no view and it wasn't quite there from a maintenance perspective. A whole curtain was missing from one of the windows when we checked in; the shower wouldn't stay in place and slid down the pole while in use; the security lock on the door wouldn't engage; and some power sockets didn't work

The shower was in the bedroom which was okay for us but worth considering if you are not a couple, and also made it quite easy to accidentally spray water all over the floor. Also the cord for the shower was too short so it could not be fixed to the wall unless it was very low down, and the drain seemed to be partially blocked so it took a while for the water to drain away. When we first entered the room we could smell the drain which was probably because of the blockage.

We loved the spaciousness and comfort of our room. As a family of three it was nice to have a roomy space. We loved the paintings and the view from the skylights.

The bathroom is separated by a wood display and you can see right through. Our teenage daughter was not keen so we requested a large sheet and tied it around the display so there was privacy. However, we were only able to use the tub because the shower sprayed everywhere. The glass partition was not adequate to contain the shower spray.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect. Situated in a prime area of Brussels, it offered convenient access to popular attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. I found it incredibly easy to explore the city and make the most of my time in Brussels, thanks to the hotel's strategic placement. Moreover, the rooms at Saint Gerry were simply impeccable. Not only were they aesthetically pleasing, but they were also meticulously clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to have a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. In summary, my experience at the boutique hotel Saint Gerry was nothing short of fantastic. I cannot praise the hotel personnel enough for their exceptional service, the convenient location, and the impeccable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels and seeking a truly memorable stay. Once again, thank you for making my time at Saint Gerry a truly remarkable one

Good location and close to bars and restaurants plus a lot of sites.Quiet from the outside but can get a bit of noise from the corridor if guests are noisey.

The location was hard to find we went past three times before we asked a local.Sign very hard to make out as black on black unless back lit.Lighting in the room was very dim so main lights could be brighter.A partion that divides the bedroom and bath /shower was in the wrong place and gave no privacy to the shower.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. It is only a 5-min walk from the Grand Place and is in a lovely area with lots of bars and eateries yet our room was quiet. The hotel is part of a brasserie/bar so there is a lovely terrace upon entering where you can have a drink/food. We didn’t eat here and didn’t pay for breakfast but it looked great from what we saw. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were super friendly.

Perfect location in the center of brussels. Not the sides of the center, exactly at the heart of it. Staff were great, the rooms were tidy and modern looking, on the 4th floor with light everywhere in our room. Everything was great.

The fact that even if you have a family booking, i expected to have a closed bathroom while taking showers, but it was actually opened. A bit noisy from the street cafes and music.

Everything met my expectations, even more than what I expected reading all the bad reviews for this hotel. The location is very good, right in the middle of everything, there are a lot of bars/ restaurants/shops/supermarkets, quite everything that you might need for your trip. The room was quiet enough, was not facing the streets but the interior of the building, so I could have a very good night sleep. It was also large enough and had good free wifi to be able to do some office remote work when it was needed. Clean, bed was comfy, large bathroom with all the necessities. Had breakfast one day, it is good, there are several options to eat.

It was a little pricey for a hotel room but probably because of the good location. The room was on the first floor and first in the corridor so you could hear a lot of noise coming from the restaurant, reception, the cleaning in the morning or when guests were leaving/coming on the hallway in the evenings, but that was not so bad, I could live with it. The shampoo/shower gel offered were in a way too small bottles even for a single person, you could maybe do a single half shower per day with them, but again, nothing to die from, you can always buy some from near shops.
