Extremely clean, helpful person available, very good water pressure and large shower, comfortable bed, fresh towels, reasonably priced, very quiet, bottles of water.

Sliding glass door of bathroom did not close, room very small, inadequate space for travel bags.

Comfortable apartment, room was nice and clean. There was also well equipped kitchen avaliable for all guests, where everyone could make a tea and breakfast. Check in and check out was automatic - without any problems. 20-30 min walk to the center of Porto.

We had no window in the room, but we had some sunlight from the window in the bathroom. No air conditioning, but luckily there was a fan.

Newly renovated, very clean, well decorated room. Availability of a well-set up kitchen with table downstairs is handy. We had some difficulty with remote check-in but staff available by phone fixed it quickly.

Nothing to do with Naya, but would recommend avoiding cafe directly opposite. The food is mediocre, and owner is rude and offensive.

Perfect location close to a bit of everything... clean tidy friendly member of the cleaning team when we got there friendly and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMENDED. Easy access to the property and very Safe..

The room is very nice, with really big shower and good wifi, fresh and cozy bedsheets. There is a small kitchen where you can make yourself tea, use a microvawe.

There is no windows in the room on the ground floor = there is no ventilation in the room.. It is not the best feeling to come back after a long day to a room with no fresh air.

The hosts were lovely. Even if we couldn't understand Portuguese much, they helped. We got an early check in. Overall a good stay.

The service is great: they reply fast or call you back within an hour and they are very friendly. Very clean room and downtown (only 20 minutes walk to the center).

The room for 1 person didn't have a big window (you can't look outside). However, there is a small window in the bathroom so you can ventilate.

Small, but nice room. There is a little kitchen you can use. Little heater in a room saved our life’s during raining days. :)
