Everything! Clean, comfortable, contemporary and modern. Well kept and very up market. The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to darling harbour and 20 minute walk to circular quay. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Pool and hot tub are beautiful. Lots of amenities in the room. The staff were very helpful with everything we asked. The room is serviced every day which we didn’t expect with an apartment.

The only very small issues were a lack of coat hangers but when we asked staff they brought us more. There is a lack of hooks in the room (which sounds daft) but there was no where to hang jackets etc. A washing machine but no where to hang clothes to dry if you choose to not use the dryer.

Such a convenient location. So close to the train station & the city shops

The cost at just over $500 a night

My rooms were very spacious, with a lounge, kitchen and balcony area. The bed was very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for the family to meet and hang out. Great central location for all the Sydney attractions, the kitchenet was well appointed for a short city stay. There is parking on site but it is expensive, consider one of the private parking station near by which are cheaper.

You could not leave the balcony door open due to construction and road noise, traffic noise at night was disturbing. My only comment about the staff is most were not very engaging, only interacting when directly approached. The exception was the lovely chap on reception at checkout! Housekeeping kept taking my robes/towels and kitchen items and not replacing them , which was really annoying and not environmentally friendly.

We had the great pleasure of spending a few days in this hotel in mid-February. The architecture of the building and the modern interior design of the lobby and swimming pool make a great impression. The apartment is modern, spacious and perfectly clean. An important advantage of the hotel is its excellent location - the entire city center is within walking distance. Simply a perfect place to explore this unique city. However, the highest score is determined primarily by the hotel service. The team of people from the Front Office did more for us than expected - they helped us recover our luggage that we had previously lost while traveling around Queensland. We have no words of gratitude for Cameron McGregor (Front Office Manager), who helped us track our loss, establish contacts and send the lost backpack to Poland. It is difficult to find words of appreciation for Cameron. We would also like to thank Talita for sending us reports on the situation with our luggage. To sum up: it is difficult to find a better hotel managed by such an excellent team of people. Many thanks! We will definitely see you again on our next visit to Sydney!!! Angelika & Lukasz

The quality of the hotel was lovely. Well maintained and clean, quality design and welcoming. The location was great, and for the price, the hotel was very competitive with others in the same area.

The noise that came through the door was not muted in any way from the people speaking/laughing in the foyer, so sleep was varied dependent on who was sitting in the lounge area and for how long. There was also a recurring knock in the wall near the bed which was very annoying.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay here. We slept well, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the AC could be adjusted and we could open the windows to get some fresh air. The room was refreshed daily. Loved the pool and the gym which had a lot of different equipment not just a treadmill, bike and weights. It felt like everything was thought of and provided. Could easily have a long stay here, with there being a washing machine, dryer, iron/board and kitchenette. Staff were always friendly and helpful at the front desk. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage before and after. The design was modern and nice. We would definitely recommend staying here.

No complaints at all

The size of the apartment was great, nice having he balcony, the bathroom/shower were good and the mini bar was well stocked. Location was perfect for work and access to PT. The foyer is beautiful and the pool and spa were nice.

The pool/spa/gym being on the ground floor so you have to walk through reception to access and the gym was small and a bit cramped. Not a huge issue just wasn’t something I liked. Also no room service in the morning. I would have liked to order a latte before work in the morning but again, not a huge issue. I would still stay there again and recommend it to others :)

Great location close to Wynyard station Rooms are large and have every amenity required including washing machine/ dryer. Good toiletries. There is a good gym & an indoor pool / jacuzzi

Rooms are very clean but a little sterile, serviced daily. The only area where housekeeping falls short is making the bed - it is not sufficient to pull up the top covers & tuck in, leaving the under sheets screwed up. This looked sloppy in this establishment Reception staff polite but not over friendly or smiley.

This was in a great location for exploring all the shopping and tourist spots of Sydney. There’s great places to eat only a few minutes walk too. The room is huge with plenty of space to relax with a nice comfy bed. The reception staff were all lovely and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The floor tiles in the room could do with replacing just due to dark marks/scuffs from suitcases etc. There is lots of light switches in the room and confusing to know which ones are for what lights. (Neither of these are that big of a deal and did not affect the lovely stay)
