The interesting and quality style of this hotel is rare. The location could hardly be better. Essentially on a major tram line, and one block off of the waterfront. Breakfasts and restaurant are wonderful but the thing that made the biggest difference to me was the kindness and concern of the staff. I’ve traveled the world professionally for more than 35 years, but never been treated better anywhere.

It was hard to find a room service menu. Turns out the QR code is buried in a TV data channel. Please just put a piece of paper in the room with the WR code… or a paper menu. Otherwise, as perfect a hotel stay as I’ve ever had.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the Esplanade and the market square. Very comfortable room with high quality toiletries and a good shower. Bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was extravagant! Must be one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Maybe not their fault, but the room was kept at a constant temperature of around 21°C which is a bit cold. When you change the temperature on the thermostat it takes a few hours to go up a couple of degrees. Even after changing it, when we came back in the evening it was back on 21°

Excellent location. Bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Staff vey accommodating.

No options for good coffee and a small snack in public areas. We didn’t want a huge expensive breakfast. Also, room closets are poorly designed. Difficult to hang clothes and get to coffee/tea service. Very cramped. Room was very dark. Doors were so heavy, we had a hard time opening them.

Great selection of foods at breakfast, including vegan options. The atmosphere was lovely, and we were happy breakfast was included with our stay. It was tough waking up early coming from the US, so the convenience was great. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, acme even lent my husband a charger that would work with his 3 prong laptop when we realized our travel plug only had two.

The location is perfect, very friendly team.

The black tulle on the windows is definitely not the best solution for Helsinki having two sunny days a year :) It creates a bit of a heavy feeling of sadness. But in general, this is more a matter of taste.

The location is excellent, you are a few hundred meters away from the city center. The room looked really cool from inside and it was spacious. We loved how the room was equipped by everything we needed.

Parking in the area is very expensive but that is the same all over Helsinki

The reception was great. We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the usual check-in time, but the staff at the reception kindly offered us an option to early check in perhaps due to the room vacancy. For a family with young children like us, it was so amazing to leave our heavy bags and suitcases inside the room before going out for sightseeing.

We found a someone's hair at the shower room before using it, which made us uncomfortable.

We had a very comfortable double King size beds room. It was excellent, we loved it. The staff is very professional and friendly, we tried the restaurant which was very good, little bit expensive. The hotel is good situated, our room was very quiet.

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of healthy options and delicious Finnish specialties. The decor was modern, with beautiful, rich colors, interesting furniture

I would have loved some Alcohol Free Beer in the mini fridge in the room :)
