Fantastic location, well equipped to make a great stay and the location is perfect. The decor was new and modern, with three doors to access the rooms it felt very secure. The staff member Elisa couldn’t do more to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Fantastic city break.

I was skeptical of using the elevator, thankfully we were on the first floor. There was also a baby cot in the room which was set up ready for our arrival. As an additional bonus it would have been great to have a high chair available too, but I understand this is a preference. It would have just made the stay that little bit easier traveling with a baby.

I really liked the location—super convenient, right by the train station. The breakfast vouchers for the café across the street were a great touch—delicious and high-quality, which made mornings easy, especially on busy days. I also appreciated that it was centrally located yet quiet, tucked away inside the building. The keycard access made coming and going a breeze. Early check-in was available, which was super helpful, and the cleaning staff came through upon request. Everyone on the team was sweet and accommodating—they even let us store our bags after checkout. Overall, it was an excellent stay: clean, chic, and peaceful.

This property was great!! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The building was very secure. Our room had a great balcony and comfortable bed. It was located across from the train station! There was also a hop on hop off bus and local bus right in front of the property. The place for the pick up breakfast was great! We were also close to shopping and great restaurants! We would stay here again!

Our shower could use some tlc with the grout and part of wall looked like it needed to be repaired. It would be great if it had a luggage rack.

We loved the location of the property. It was close to the train station, right next door to a grocery store & dozens of restaurants. We also loved that the balcony was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was super clean and well kept.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property. If I had one suggestion, It would be to add a box fan in each of the rooms, to help with the street noise. To be fair, with the convenience and location of the property, you will get a little street noise as well. It’s super busy especially with the sight seeing tour bus that picks up several times a day in front of the B&B. Aside from a little noise, the cleanliness, convenience & the location of the B&B, were amazing.

Room was a lovely size with plenty of space. Facilities were good and the fridge a bonus. Location is great if catching train into Florence and roughly 10 mins walk to Cathedral. Room was cleaned every day and staff were friendly and helpful. The online portal worked well. I would recommend stying here to others.

Instructions to find the property could be clearer. As it’s a single door it’s difficult to pick out. Perhaps list the businesses either side as a point of reference. Due to location room was quite noisy at night, particularly with garbage being collected through the early hours. On two nights this disturbed us.

In an old building, the second floor was converted into a hotel. It was very clean, cozy, the bed was very comfortable. small balcony and clean bath. everything is very close, the location is great.

Since they don't have a kitchen or a dining room, this space collaborate with the cafe in opposite side of street. They give to us breakfast voucher. unfortunately the waitres was rude, the toilet was very dirty and the breakfast was not tasty.

Very lovely upscale room. Nice big couch to sit on and very nice bathroom. The cafe across the road provided great choices for breakfast. The building is very very close to the train station and on a busy street, however it was not noisy in the room. Nice to look out of the large windows onto the street below. The staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend. Our room was ready extremely early which was wonderful as we enjoyed having extra time in the room. Very central location - close to many tourist locations and restaurants.

Strategic location, only 3 minutes on foot to the train station and about 10-15 minutes away from all the main attractions in Florence. Room size is big compared to other properties in Florence. Bed was also very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and professional. They gave us a small gift to celebrate our honeymoon, thank you!

The downside of staying in strategically located property is that you get noise. The room is on the first floor and we could hear people talking and sound from garbage cars throughout the night. Some of the parts in the bathroom were starting to show age and looked to be almost broken.

We travelled as a group of 5, booked in 3 rooms - all of the rooms were a good size (plenty of space for 2 suitcases) and spotlessly clean with good sized bathrooms and an air conditioner. The street noise was surprisingly low, given we were only a 2 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and is a main thoroughfare for foot traffic. The Reception area was right near the rooms, and the girls were always friendly and very helpful. The Hotel, as with a lot in Italy, share a building with other hotel's rooms, but were clearly marked with signage outside the main door, and is easily accessible by a small lift or stairs. Most of the sites in Florence are easily walkable from the hotel, and the Hop On Hop Off bus stop was next to the station (tho' it took us a while to find it, due to it being at the other end of the station). There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the main food market, Mercato Centrale, uniquely has a huge food court on the top floor with loads of different eateries, and is again only a very short walk from the hotel. We ate there most nights because of the variety of food choices. There was everything from pasta, burgers, chinese food, chicken, pizza, pastries, bakeries, kebabs, tapas, vegan and, our favourite, the meat bar - you choose which cut of meat you want, they chop it in front of you, cook it in a big pizza oven and serve it with potatoes..... so tender and delicious. There is even a bar where you can buy drinks and have them delivered to your table. Outside of Mercato Centrale is a street market with loads of the usual things for sale - leather bags, jackets, belts, suitcases, clothes and souvenirs etc. There is also a McDonalds around the corner if you feel so inclined.

Nothing to dislike. Tho' the bed was a bit firm for me, the others had no problem with their beds.

Perfect location - very close to the train station. Only a short walk to the main square. Smooth check-in and helpful staff. Beautiful modern and clean room with everything you could need. Our room also had a balcony to the outside. Very impressed with our stay.

Noise can be heard from outside but you can expect that when you choose a location near the train station.
