A great place to stay! You may feel like an aristocrat for the moment. The furniture and decorations in the dyning room are like from Villa of palermian elite. In room you will find everything you need. Hotel has a cossy patio, and terrace with swimming pool with stunning view on the sea and mountains sorrunding the city. The staff is professional and allways willing to help. If you need an information about the city or events or you would need a private tour, you will get it. Dellucious breakfasts they serve. Perfect location within walking distance to almost all citys attractions, and close to the sea. Notice that, there is a quite bussy street between the hotel and the sea. Sometimes a bit noisy, but remember, you are in southern Italy :). On the doorstep you will find a restaurant wich is a good option if you do not wan to wander searching for dinner. A lot of caffes and restaurants near by. Small tip, be patient and wait a bit for the hot water in the shower. Hotel is located in old building and the hot water needs sometimes more time to find you :)

The breakfast was incredible. It was displayed beautifully with many options. Everything tasted very fresh. The property was well designed and was great for a small group to each have their own room, but common areas to hang out, especially on the roof with the pool and amazing views of the water.

There was nobody there during check in, which slowed us down a little, but nothing too bad. Keys were left out and we were able to find them relatively quickly. AC in the lobby/common area would have made it a little nicer to hang out there, but the courtyard was very nice as well. There was construction going on nearby, which started at 7am, but we were generally up then anyways, so not a big deal.

The location is perfect. Rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was fab and plenty of great coffee. The little roof pool and chill out area is stunning. The facilities are spotless and the location great with ability to walk to everything.

Rooms 10 and 11 off the courtyard take forever to get hot water to the shower, if it comes at all. This needs looked at by the hotel. The roof bar opens at 6, BUT, nobody told us you have to book, so we were sent away. Very disappointing. I understand its a separate venture that operate this, but the hotel could have told us to book a table and saved us the embarrassment of sitting down and then being asked to leave.

Excellent location minutes away from the main street in Palermo with dozens of restaurants and bars on or off this thoroughfare. Superb views over waterfront especially from the rooftop terrace with its enticing pool and evening bar - a big thank you to the efficient and polite team! Spacious room with all the amenities you would need, nice comfortable bed and extremely high standards of housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was a delight with a wide variety of continental products and served by a professional team.

Really cozy room, specious and clean close to all attractions in the city with nice roof top bar and small swimming pool

We were 1,5 hours before check in time and our room was ready but receptionist said it is 30 euro in order to check in earlier even thought the room was ready clean and not occupied.. we have been in many hotels and never experience this in more luxurious hotels.. if the room is ready not occupied and you are like 1,5 hours earlier it should be normal to just get a room without additional payment

It is a beautiful restored house with 11 bedrooms. I really loved the rooftop terrace. You did not feel like you were staying in a hotel the facilities such as the sitting room, courtyard were beautiful spaces to have a coffee read a book. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the coffee was excellent.

Nothing . One thing we found strange was the beautiful bar but never any staff at the bar to get a drink. It would have been lovely to see the sunset on the roof terrace with a cocktail from the bar.

Breakfast started really late.. 8.30am,. We had to leave at 8.30am to travel home, we asked the lady on reception if we could have our included breakfast 15 mins early and she said no! Luckily the kind staff sorting breakfast allowed us to help ourselves to fruit and cereal at 8.15am and got us coffee etc but we weren't able to order eggs which we would've had. This was a real shame as this place is excellent otherwise, the staff hosting breakfast are amazing, hard working and helpful but it meant we didn't really get a proper breakfast for the kids who are hungry teens before leaving for a long trip home.. Thank you to the staff who let us help ourselves early. In most hotels you can get an early breakfast before leaving, especially when 8.30 is not early!

The communal spaces are lovely, the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, breakfast was well laid out, the terrace on the roof was great and great views towards the sea. It is a perfect place to stay to explore Palermo. It is not like staying in a hotel more like living in a villa which we loved and with only 11 rooms felt very boutique.

The larger rooms are at the back and are quite dark with no views so lights on are needed in the day. We had a quadruple room (9) and a double room (4) - the double room was lovely very large and light and airy. Unfortunately there is extensive building work being undertaken next door which was noisy but that is not the fault of the hotel but is worth noting.

Location right on the harbor. Interesting neighborhood -- not too touristy. Beautiful building and decor -- love the combination of old and new. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast -- especially good chocolate cake and a beautiful spread of fruit.

There's no electrical outlet near the bed to charge phone. Pillows are too chunky/springy. Jacuzzi wasn't heated: it would be nice if it was heated as the temperature at night goes down into the 50's when I stayed there and in May.

The whole hotel was beautifully decorated and felt very calm. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of cold items. We had an early check out and they provided us with a breakfast tray the day before which we thought was a nice touch. We loved the rooftop area, and even though there were only 6 sun beds, we never had trouble getting one. The rooftop bar was also amazing.

Sometimes it was difficult to find staff during the day, but the staff were all lovely.
