I was not informed that Breakfast was available for hotel guest. The exit from the car garage was not explained. I had turned in my hotel card key that was being asked for to exit.

Very nice room, very comfortable, good lighting, blackout blinds. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Nice shower and bathroom

Small room, no makeup mirror, extremely bright when the blinds are up so you can't watch the TV.

That you advertise you have a pool when you in fact do not, and you to pay $20 extra. You should have the 11th floor as one of your pictures when it is not part of your hotel. False advertising

The property was very close to UT campus. It was very easy to walk to all our scheduled meetings.

We had asked for an upper floor, but were not able to be accommodated. We also asked to be in a room away from the major construction on the property next door, and were not able to be accommodated on that either.

breakfast was $$ and. didn’t look great. but liked the free coffee. bed wasn’t that comfortable. didn’t like the bathroom door bc made the room so bright for person sleeping.

what I love the most about the property was the front desk staff, very professional and helpful.

They charged you for parking when supposed to be included. That’s a main issue in Austin.

The location is fine. Clean and comfortable.

When you arrive, you can't find the main entrance because is on the second floor but doesn't show any sign to know that. Will be better if a sign will be there or on the door, if you arrive later in the night.

perfect hotel super clean but the city is all trashed, grafting all over the city trash homeless people all over lot of business are closing down. not many entertainment for family with kids. hotel is perfect.

everything is great

The location is perfect and very central. It is close to UT so it is convenient for us. The staff is very nice, polite and thoughtful. We had an amazing stay at this hotel.

The only problem: there is no small refrigeretor to put some cold water or juice. Austin have a very hot weather( 38 or 39 degrees! ) so it coud be convenient to have access to a refrigerator in the room.
