Great location, really close to good transport links for the city and the airport. Clean rooms, comfy beds, basic but good breakfast, warm.rooms and friendly helpful staff. They have a lift as well as stairs. Room is quiet and didn't hear a single other guest.

Pillows are rubbish and flat! You're gonna need to ask for a another one. There is building work happening directly opposite so woken up every weekday morning around 8/9am. But this is hardly the hotels fault. The bathroom had no blinds so builders in the crains could see in and the shower door didn't close properly so got water on the floor at times.

Very good price/quality ratio. Very clean - it was a pleasure to come back to the room at the end of the day - which seems to be the most important thing. Breakfast was rather simple, but pleasant. If you like baked goods, you're in for a treat. Surprisingly big bathroom. One thing that was a bit uncomfortable and odd is the sink - the tap was so close to the edge it was not possible to wash your hands without spilling, and the lack of hooks for towels also felt a bit weird. Otherwise - toiletries were good and there were enough of them. The owners of the hotel, if you're reading this, please add a little shelf next to the sink for guests'own things such as toothbrushes etc 😅 Sleep was very pleasant - the bed was comfortable, and so was the blanket. There were enough nice mirrors to get ready, the room was small but it generally had everything one needs. The location is great, it is both quiet and very close to that big street with all the stores and restaurants.

The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. However there weren’t a lot of breakfast options, it seems that the main food was bread with jam or meat slices etc. We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere so we can get full ☺️ also curtains in our room were very dirty, shower leaked so there were puddles in the bathroom after taking a shower. The sink was very uncomfortable to wash our hands, because the faucet is too close to the border so there were puddles around the sink also. Moreover, our rooms electricity turned off once in a while, so we had to take out the card and put it again. We took the cards to the reception desk, they renewed them a few times but it did not change the situation. There were few mornings when we woke up and our phones haven’t charged during the night because of the turned off electricity.

Clean quiet hotel with basic room. Including free continental breakfast. Kettle was provided. Lidl store and fast food available close by. Close proximity to all modes of public transport. One TV channel interpreted in English. Fully operational quiet lift to all floors.

I had a single duvet and pillow for my booking of a double room. There was no extra pillow, and I found the bed mattress much too hard. There wasn't a lounge in the hotel. However, myself and my cousin were allowed to meet in the breakfast room to discuss our upcoming excursion plans. There weren't enough irons and ironing boards, so my cousin and I shared one, which was slightly inconvenient as she stayed on the floor below me. The WiFi didn't connect on the first day, which was extremely inconvenient as I wasn't able to get in touch with my family in the UK. The view from my room was looking at the back of other buildings.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, especially for shopping, with all the major stores and a large mall nearby. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance. While you will need public transportation to visit most of Vienna's main attractions, it is conveniently located right outside the hotel. The staff was also very attentive and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was also excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they let me store my baggage since I arrived a bit early for check-in. Clean, bathroom and shower seem to be renovated nicely, even if the rest of the building is visibly old. Mattress was a bit too soft for me, but that's different for everyone. Great location, good value for money, I would stay again.

The breakfast options are unfortunately too limited, and if you arrive at the wrong moment and are in a bit of a hurry, there might be barely anything for you to eat. The breakfast staff were doing their absolute best.

Hotel is perfectly located just 300 meters away from main subway lines and train station and trams. By underground it was only 10 minutes away from Stephansplatz. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and good hot water (when it worked). We had no hot water on one day. After bringing it to their attention at first they blamed it on all guests showering at once (this was 17:30) then when trying to shower again at 23:00 they (apparently) blamed it on the underfloor heating, 30 minutes after complaining the hot water was back. Breakfast was OK with daily home-made baked cakes and basic hams cheese and bread.

Bathroom needs natural ventilation as it has a musky smell and most of the hooks and soap holders are broken. The bathroom needs some maintenance. Breakfast was OK but would have been nice to have some yoghurt to mix in with the cereal and maybe some fried eggs. Coffee was plain cofee, would have been nice to have a proper capuccino (this was from machine and against payment). Hot water was not available on one day but later rectified.

Convenient location for restaurants, train/metro ststion. Staff were very friendly and helpful, a shout out to Iris, thank you for organising the taxi and chat ( have a good holiday). Good powerful shower, comfortable bed, good to have a kettle and mini bar (to store milk in). Breakfast more than adequate.

Two things; as mentioned by other guests, no Internet first day, but good as next day onwards. Secondly, it was very warm in our room, the thermostat didn't seem to go lower than 16° and neither of the windows could be opened, so first 2 nights not a good sleep, but did get better 3rd and 4th nights.

The Hotel is in easy reach from the Westbahnhof, also brilliant for doing walks along Mariahilfgasse to Maria TheresenPlats,Stephansdom, Hundertwasserhaus. Vienna is a very beautiful city. The staff was helpful and friendly, we could leave our baggage at reception. The breakfast had a selection of everything we needed, from fruit salad, to fresh bread to cheeses, meats, eggs. Even milk foam, just the coffee could be stronger. The rooms are clean and modern, as well as the bathrooms.

The room was a bit too warm, but this is,a general problem in Europe, people don't seem to like fresh air. We did mention to reception but with central heating there is not much you,can do.

This hotel has all that you need, including friendly staff, a comfortable and clean room, modern bathroom, excellent wifi, and a good breakfast. My room faced both a road with a running streetcar and a construction site but it was perfectly quiet and I slept well. The room also included curtains for blocking out the streetlights, which were much appreciated. They call their breakfast "continental" but it included eggs, vegetables and fruits, toast, breads, cereal, various cheeses, plenty of sweets, and fresh cakes. I found the staff to be quite communicative and flexible. The location is perfect, especially if you are arriving at the Westbahnof. It is also very near the Mariahilfstrasse pedestrian zone with tons of restaurants, shops, and a few movie theatres, including one that shows films in English. The underground and streetcar stops are also nearby for easily accessing the rest of Vienna in just a few stops. Many thanks for a lovely stay!
