The staff was very friendly. The environment was quaint and the breakfast selection was good. Our room was large enough that my family of 4 (with 2 teen boys felt comfortable. We loved taking the complimentary limo to dinner in downtown Petoskey!

The shower was not in the best condition. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature and the water pressure was not good. The heating unit right next to one of the beds blew directly in our faces all night. My son woke with a bloody nose both mornings because of it.

Very clean property! Comfortable beds and super accommodating on finding us a crib! Loved the patio and lake view from our room. Very friendly staff! My family loved the hot tub and pool . Free Waters cookies and apples in the lobby were a nice bonus

The pool was a little too cold and the breakfast could have had a few more options. Also no way to turn off the patio light so it was slightly shining into our room all night . Not too much to keep us up though

Convenient location. Large room.

Dated and needs some TLC. Our room had a large stain on the carpet right outside the bathroom and the trash from the previous guest had not been emptied. There was a large crack in the wall in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t very good and we actually ate out the rest of our stay.

Was clean and had great amenities

Someone called to confirm check in at 12:50PM and I asked what time check in was they said 3PM. We arrived at 4:20PM and was told our room wasn’t ready yet and would about 25 minutes before it would be ready. The only reason we came at 4:20PM was my grandson needed to nap. The staff was very apologetic however when they called to confirm my check in they could have advised me that the room would not be ready until 5:00PM.

The rooms were quiet, comfortable and updated and the property has a cute home-spun apple theme. The coffee was wonderful, the breakfast was good and there’s plenty of parking. The hot tub and pool were great. The balcony from the 4th floor has chairs, a small table and a nice view of Grand Traverse Bay. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

It’s sometimes very difficult to make a left hand turn from the hotel.

The location is okay, it's overlooking the lake from our room. The room is spacious and clean but there was a mildew smell from the carpet. Not far from downtown area . There are different choices for breakfast which is not bad.

Shower knob is messed up, hard to find the perfect temperature. No room service because i called for toothbrushes but I need to go to the front desk to get it. Internet connection is poor most of the time can't connect. Pillows are uncomfortable for me.

The hotel was easy to find. Parking was very convenient. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful. There was free limo service to anywhere we wanted to go.

This is an older hotel. There were areas in our room that could have used a touch-up of paint, especially in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud. The view was good but not quite as good as we were expecting. We thought we'd be facing the water but we were facing a Bed Bath and Beyond.

The breakfast was basic but good. As we eat fairly simple, it met our needs. Loved location and it's a pretty good value for the money.

The hotel is starting to need some maintenance. Peeling paint, dripping faucet,...etc. Nothing that would stop me from staying there again yet, but it's gonna be an issue soon.

Great location, beds were super comfy, the rooms seemed to be soundproof because we couldn’t really hear anything going on around us, it was very clean and best of all there is a complimentary limo service that will shuttle you downtown and will pick you up when you call them (in-between specific time frames, 4-11p on Fri/Sat, etc) so no need to worry about driving after you’ve been drinking- the BEST perk ever!!!!

Fresh fruit and scrambled eggs with croissants/bagels and a few other things would’ve been nice for some variety and for those of us who can’t do meat.

The breakfast was excellent. It had different items the customers would like to eat., It was very clean and all the staff were friendly and all the visitors that were at the hotel were very friendly and spoke to us. We will be back to stay.

I liked everything. I enjoyed the patio doors to the balcony that rooms had there. and beautiful pictures view of the Habour Bay with the sunset view it was just awesome.
