My room had nice calming decor and the bed was comfortable. I like that the room had an extra blanket and pillow in the closet just in case. Breakfast was good, and it had turkey sausage as a meat option which was great for those who don't want the pork sausage. I wish they separated the meats into two totally separate dishes. Breakfast costs $10, I guess it depends on how you booked. They have a restaurant too. The pool was heated and nice. But they need to clean it every day. I noticed that it was dirty the second day I was there. Staff is nice. Parking is free and convenient.

The bathroom sink kept stopping up. I'm sure the workers knew this beforehand. It was annoying. The elevators were a little too slow.

The cleanliness of the room was top tier for me. The shower was modern, clean and the water pressure and temperature was just right. I was able to select my own room, and it was also in the perfect spot. The housekeeping staff didn't pressure us like most hotels probably unintentionally do. We kept a sign on the door for no service and they respected that throughout our stay. Our digital key worked properly and we didn't have any issues overall.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like. We had no problems with our hotel accommodations.

Checkin was smooth. Parking was ample. 3 elevators is helpful. Room was nice - a bit small. Bed was good. TV was great. WIFI option good. DoorDash allowed to the room.

Housekeeping banging on the door at 7:45am. This is the medical center! People need to sleep!! I was already awake, but I was not up for going to the door. I shouted out and they kept knocking so had to answer the door in pjs. NEVER good. This def affects my rating, no matter the other part of the experience. You failed me here.

My aunt and her granddaughter, who were here from Louisiana, needed a hotel close to the Debakey Veterans Hospital where her husband was admitted. This hotel was the ideal place at a reasonable price. The staff greeted them with warm hospitality with some complimentary water and free cookies in the lobby. The check-in was great, and they were able to get a good night rest in their clean room.

Parking fee, otherwise everything was great.

Dog friendly is an understatement. This is a perfect place to book if you’re traveling with your pet. They have a dog run and lots of space to walk your pet.

The garage is not attached so when it rains you have to make a run for the hotel. Don’t count on parking outside the garage. There is only one space - the rest are for checkin only so you have to move your car.

The room, the location, the lighting, all near perfect. The fridge worked. The refrigerator too. Nice view too!

There was a roach in the room on the first night, the soap bar holder was filthy underneath, if you only shower, you wouldn't notice. After asking for room cleaning daily, it was not done daily because the staff didn't put it in the system.

We come in for medical appointments at Memorial Hermann. The location of this hotel is perfect! It is well kept and newer. Any issues we have had have been taken care of easily and promptly. We have stayed 3 times now and love it.

There isn't a spa at the pool and the breakfast is way overpriced, but that is not a reason not to stay. I can't really think of anything else negative.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Parking was great but I wish it would have been included in the price of the room. Lobby was beautiful. great location close to allt he museums we wanted to visit. Lots of fun restaurants in a 10 minute driving distance.

Cleaning crew tried to open our door with a key at 8 am. Not acceptable at all! They actually woke us up earlier than we planned.

It’s close to the hospital where my husband is. It is easy to get to and leave. I liked the parking being covered.

It is hard to find anything wrong with the hotel except that it didn’t have a bathtub. Since it’s close to the hospitals many people will be stressed and a nice bath could help them.

i especially appreciated the quality amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, etc. I've never found shampoo without parabens and sulfates in a hotel room before!

the internet didn't work during the first half of our stay - which made it difficult to work. However, we understand that it was related to the storms and out of your control.
